  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah this new CG movie is looking better then the newly announced live action movie, the anthology-style time period thing really has my interest.
  3. Today
  4. Finally found some old poly caps that fit the gunpla hands I want to use on the ARII super Gerwalk. Slapped them in with some milliput and will cover with some pla later. Also cut sections off a runner to make some generic “verniers”. More like tubes I suppose lol. They are rough looking and will need to be trimmed down and shaped a little bit once glue cures. Excited to add some details to this tiny old kit.
  5. Awesome! Congrats on breaking in the new and improved space. Feels good
  6. That "young crowd" is strictly imaginary. This is a spin-off from a 2008 TV series. Anyone familiar with these characters in their original context is likely at least in their mid-20s.🤣
  7. 2 copies still available at hlj https://www.hlj.com/1-60-scale-completely-transformed-vf-0a-phoenix-shin-kudo-boarding-machine-aca82167
  8. So, they've now announced there will be a 4th season. I'm confused as to how the first game was covered in one season, but they need three seasons for the second game.
  9. I find no airbrush lube works well, they all suck and my triggers kept sticking... UNTIL I found an old tiny little bottle of gun cleaning lube my dad had which I still use inside my handguns, one drop 💧 of THAT on all my triggers and ZERO stickiness anymore! 😁 In other news, I finally got to break in the new inside workbench and airbrush inside (Vallejo Model Air Only inside) 100% acrylic so no fumes) soooo nice to be able to spray small stuff in the AC! Especially in TX! 😁 Got the Strike Eagle 🦅 mottled and ready for big boy paint outside this weekend!
  10. any reviews yet? i'd like to see the changes that were mentioned by the waist/legs that the vf-0 armor is no longer compatible with this valk.
  11. HobbySearch took payment for the 0A today so glad to see it'll be shipping soon.
  12. Right on for doing that!
  13. Bleh, the shipping issues are real. ThreeZero just told me they can't ship me two tiny parts to fix my Focker 1S toy until the US rescinds its tariffs. Woof. I hope this gets resolved before the Glaug hits.
  14. I encountered the issue with the Sentinel Legioss peg breaking on the stand while on display. Checked with Sentinel based on the info a few pages back. Got a response but seems they don't have the spare parts in warehouse now to cover a replacement. I've added a file to Cults to be able to 3d print a replacement part. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/sentinel-riobot-legioss-stand-adapter-peg
  15. I was expecting structure arts trading kits, but I kinda figured they’d be further down the line. I loved their Front Missions kits and I’ll probably get these since they’re starting with more classic designs and hopefully they show some improvements since this will probably be their third line. first set is a box of four kits at Hobbysearch was showing for about $80, Hlj has em for $94, but I figure shipping and taxes and such will probably play a bit here and there. some entertaining accessories and of course different ways to customize em. figure I’d start a new thread since they weren’t Kotobukiya kits and I couldn’t find an alternative section for them. I’d imagine that they’re probably gonna make quite a few sets since they did so many for front missions and Armored Core seems a bit more popular these days.
  16. If we look at the poster background, the illustration include other non-standard Legiosses & Treads - they look suspiciously similar to the illustrations from Genesis Breaker. Might be a good thing, as Sentinel doesn't look to be making the others after the upcoming Tread.
  17. Great news the 0A is out relatively on-time. The Vf-1S reissues still nowhere to be seen though, hopefully Arcadia gets past the final bumps soon and announce the other long delayed items.
  18. I like this set, or at least the intent. I've long been a fan of City sets, space and construction being my favorite subthemes. As a mashup of all the main subthemes, this is a nice primer for someone just getting into LEGO City, and a nice all-in-one representation for collectors. I'll admit, the spaceship and its unique astronaut are my main draws for this. I wonder if the parts to make that fig will show up on LEGO's Pick-A-Brick? The ship itself wouldn't be too difficult to cobble together from instructions but getting that minifig would be the challenge.
  19. I think I may have posted to the wrong thread. Let's try this again: My two Sv-262Hs Draken IIIs arrived today (Nashville, TN) from Amazon. I’m glad they were packed together inside a larger box because Bandai(?) provided zero clearance/buffer/packing material to protect individual units (see pic).
  20. Watched Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld today. If I had to pick two words to describe it, those words would be "unremarkable" and "unnecessary". It's another Dave Filoni Star Wars animated title marked by all his usual creative excesses and his "fanservice first" writing style. Raspy-voiced Sith assassin Asajj Ventress and walking Western movie reference Cad Bane were clearly chosen becaue they were fan favorite minor characters in The Clone Wars and not because Dave Filoni and Matt Michnovetz had any story about either of them that was worth telling.
  21. I have the Iwata lube and it will last more than a lifetime. It did the trick and recommend it. That being said I haven’t tried anything else for comparison. Best of luck. @nightmareB4macross Love all the fun detail bits in there. More more!
