  3. I liked it a lot! Felt the story was good and straight forward, without too many other side plots muddling it up. The acting hit all the marks, and I really liked the feelings evoked by the performances. 8.5/10.
  4. Today
  5. testing out new iphone thingy...
  6. Yeah, I have zero interest in this, but that might actually get me to pay attention.
  7. Devastator is coming along nicely and I'm impressed.
  8. Even if I had P+ I still would not be inclined to watch this. Then again when I had P+ the only show I bothered to watch in the last couple years was SNW.
  9. Shawn

    1/55's revisited

That is amazing work, and is a perfect match
  10. Sweet space where all the magic happens! Keep the updates coming. 😊
  11. Watched HAPPY GILMORE 2 on Netflix. It was good nostalgia fun. Ton of cameos tho.
  12. I kept my expectations low, and I am somehow still disappointed. After Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard spent literal years in a race to the bottom of the ratings to see who could dethrone Star Trek V: the Final Frontier as the franchise's lowest rated installment, only for Discovery's short-lived triumph to be eclipsed by the disaster that was Star Trek: Section 31, here's this hot mess to show that no matter how low the bar gets Alex Kurtzman still thinks he's at a limbo contest. My key takeaway from this trailer is that they're going to try to sell this one on the basis of fanservice... what with the lingering shots of the "James T. Kirk Pavilion" at Starfleet Academy, a presentation on "The Fate of Benjamin Sisko", Voyager's EMH Mark I, a female Jem'Hadar officer, and a wall full of the names of past characters and actors including a bunch of deep cuts and random choices like Alonzo Pressman (the evil admiral from "The Pegasus", Peter Preston (Scotty's nephew who dies in Wrath of Khan), Sito Jaxa (the one Bajoran ensign who dies in the TNG episode "Lower Decks"), and the like.
  13. This build seems to never end. But the arms are good. Now onto more detailing and control panels.
  14. I'm optimistic on it. The original Omega Supreme and Sky Lynx, whose molds came from the company Toybox, got their first releases in Japan with the 2000s Encore line. Something similar perhaps could happen here.
  15. Saw the teaser earlier today but wasn't interested in posting it.
  16. Here's a whole video, I can't be bothered to post that many images.
  17. Yes, down below is some alternate color Gambit as well.
  18. Seems like I was wise to drop Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter when I did... the series is so lacking in plot that it's trying to fill airtime with a recap episode and audio commentary by the voice cast with only four episodes actually delivered. Kinda feel like if you have so little material you have to deliberately waste airtime in a one-cour series with a recap episode, your story's either too short to be worth adapting or you're doing something very wrong in the production process. Betrothed to My Sister's Ex remains absolutely a-goddamn-dorable as usual.
  19. Nothing against the cast or the concept but it looks very fake. Like nobody is at a real location. The academy setting should have the same benefit the DS9 originally had - a stationary location. You can save money because you don't have to build a new set each week for the new planet you visit. Don't even have to spend money building entirely from scratch. Just rent out an old school or office building with conference rooms and just redress it.
  20. In person Iceman and... Maverick!!!
  21. To be fair the ameblo blog straight us shows using a support stand for both fighters.
  22. How do we get our hands on that 3D printed material?
