Mog
Basically, connecting the Sentinel Legioss with the Toynami Beta. Hoping we would see the full colored prototype of the Sentinel version of the Tread.

If someone designed and 3D printed a version of this connector/s that would fit and lock the Sentinel Riobot Legioss in place onto the Aoshima Tread would be great to see. RavenHawk
On 4/6/2024 at 11:59 PM, Shawn said: I recently picked up a 19 page Mospeada pre-production marketing art booklet on one of the Japanese auctions sites for a whopping $20 Included is an early description of what the series was going to be about, and it had some very early (Feb 83) pre-prod designs (Diver mode was referenced as Gerwalk in the text block...since what the hell is a 'diver'...but they knew Gerwalk from Macross lol. It is noted as Diver in the actual Art) Note the extra large cannons and the early helmet designs n the Ride-Armor, and the rounded heels and rectangular intakes on the Legioss. These are a right about the time of the awesome set released by Roger Harkavy in the "Imai Files" collection. https://www.flickr.com/photos/rogerharkavy/albums/72157623041361265/ Example of little differences-notice the earlier B&W version (feb) vs the awesome colorized from Roger (march) I am absolutely giddy excited to see versions of the MOSPEADA that I've never seen before. Thank you so much for sharing this! Now, if I can someday come across the sidecar version mentioned in the Imai files...

no3Ljm
Here's some clearer photos, @MKT. I'm on the fence about this figure since I'm not a big fan of the design. The Sentinel designs is already a big leap for me. But this one felt it's too much. Anyways, for some reason, I somehow prefer the Gundam-is design they showed during the initial announcement. Probably because of the feet and blocky design?
Alex GS
this specs mention here are some of the reasons why Im so excited for this release, alongside is MOSHOW is creating it, I got myself a brand new PROGENITOR EFFECT Wucheng a while back and I was blown away by the quality of it. Mog
Curious as to how the updated bike mode looks. . . . But everyone knows what I’m waiting to see. Hoping to see colored prototype pics of the burly Tread bastard.

Initially I wasn’t sure if the colours were photoshopped onto their grey prototype (like what KC usually do), but on my tiny phone screen now, it looks like the latest colour images of the Cyclone are wholly rendered. I’m quite the opposite, I like this latest redesign much better than their initial images. Still find some surfaces are over-designed, but the overall proportions look better to my eyes. One major difference are the wheels - they aren’t so huge now.
CoryHolmes
I'm waffling on this design. I waffle.
Axelay
Wow. That thing looks like it's got some beef. Really want to see the cycle mode now.
Robin-11
Quick update from Italy. Crunchyroll just uploaded the entire Genesis Climber Mospeada series here in my country. It's subbed not dubbed but it doesn't really make a difference to me. Hopefully this is a good sign that we will be getting soon all the other Macross shows and eventually southern cross too. Fingers crossed.
RavenHawk
As for the Moshow stuff, it still just looks to me (both original rendition and slightly more streamlined one) like they're trying to take Sentinel's design and tack on as many bigger guns and more more more more as they can. I'm still going to buy it, and hopefully love it, but it looks like it could use some paring down.
Mog
At least, they got rid of the silly head-fins. I probably won’t get this, but as I said before: I’m curious to see what the updated bike mode looks like.

This was displayed at WonderCon 2024 last March. It's painted in silver.
