Valkyrie Hunter D Posted April 15, 2016 Author Posted April 15, 2016 I found some more info regarding that big MADOX from Wonderfest from this guy's twitter feed. So, let's say the MADOX-01 is around 10 feet tall. At 1/7 scale, this toy would be a little over a foot tall.

Valkyrie Hunter D Posted April 15, 2016 Author Posted April 15, 2016 No release date yet. The only number I could understand was the scale.
CoreyD Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I wonder if they meant 1/17 scale? The prototype is difficult to gauge in terms of size, but 1/17 would seem to be a more manageable scale.
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted April 16, 2016 Author Posted April 16, 2016 1/17 would be around 7 inches? Seeing that one pic that shows how the prorotype is being propped up makes me think this is a big figure. Regardless of what size this thing is, I just want it to reach production stages!
seti88 Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 (edited) Wow those pics are amazing! So is this a toy or a model? And does the figure in the pic fit into it?? found the answer to my original question. http://www.forbes.com/sites/olliebarder/2016/02/10/wonder-festival-2016-winter-unleashes-madox-01/#196fdd945b34 Edited April 16, 2016 by seti88

I haven't heard of A ZONE, but I must know more about this Madox. That looks exactly like the old vinyl kit I used to have, the parts breakdown is identical save for the forearm Gatling.
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted February 19, 2017 Author Posted February 19, 2017 It has certainly come a long way! And it is going to be an expensive time for ARTMIC fans.
Major Tom Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 (edited) Hmm that one looks totally different than this Wonder Fest pic Edited February 21, 2017 by Major Tom
Graham Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 This is a must buy. I've wanted a toy of this forever.

Major Tom Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 I agree that model in your post is the same as in my post of older pics. Judging from the claw hand and paint-up with A.I.C. logo. However, the one in the Captain post looks different as I mention.
seti88 Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 The grey prototype was also displayed last year at WF16w, side by side. Aygo is the only company involved, i hope it gets eventually gets released! Close up...

Boobytrap Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 Can't believe I missed this thread until now. Major nostalgia bombs going off. Would absolutely love a chance to own a MADOX. I haven't watched it in probably 20 years but I can still hear the japanese actors pronunciation of "ma DOX" in my head.
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted August 26, 2017 Author Posted August 26, 2017 (edited) Sadly, there were no sightings of AYGO's Madox at the last Wonderfest, which kinda worries me a bit. Edited August 26, 2017 by Valkyrie Hunter D

Valkyrie Hunter D Posted March 4, 2021 Author Posted March 4, 2021 (edited) Sorry, NOT an update on Aygo's project which has seemingly fell off the face of the earth, but a heads up on Robert Woodhead's next endeavor: It's not live yet, this was a just preview shot! Sweet news. I'm going to cross my fingers that there are fewer hiccups this time.
Graham Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 Hopefully, there will be a digital download version to buy, available outside of the US. I haven't bought a Blu-ray in years and really don't want to buy physical media anymore. Annoys the f*ck out of me that Amazon US/UK will sell and ship me any Blu-ray/DVD/CD disk I want, but try to get the same movie/TV series/album as a digital download and it's "Oh no we don't sell to your country". 10 hours ago, technoblue said: Sweet news. Yeah. Digital distribution is still a mess. It will be nice when there's a system that everyone has access to, that is convenient, and that doesn't sacrifice quality.
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted May 4, 2021 Author Posted May 4, 2021 Kickstarter went live not too long ago and the goal was quickly met. I've already pledged, and I'm hoping for more add-ons down the road.

I’m hoping they are able to get the logistics working on more than one of them.
GabrielV Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 I was literally just telling someone this weekend about this anime, how it was a personal favorite, one of the earliest non-kiddified anime I ever saw, and was bemoaning the fact that there was effectively no chance in hell it would ever get released on blu ray. My pledge is in. Now if Animeigo could ever get to do a Blu Ray set of the Oh My Goddess OAV. Did they ever do a Blu Ray AD Police and/or Bubblegum Crash set to go witht he Crisis set?

dragonstar1982 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 I'm differently in for villkiss and valimar
dragonstar1982 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Well it looks like I'm adding another dancouga to the collection
Big s Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 The madox kit is the one I’m most excited about, but Robocop 2 Cain , the powerloader and the stuff shown for Patlabor are all must haves as well
