The Part 1 in the album title refers to the album itself, if you go to the album titled "04 - the Tomb of Ice (Part 2)" you'll see the rest of the screencaps for episode 4. Facebook has a limit to how many photos you can have in a single album so i had to splitt certain episodes with more caps in 2. Yuki is indeed captured but rescued by Kodai. Someone from SSM posted this info: Just announced- due in March - Bandai 1/72 Cosmo Zero Alpha 1, 1/72 Cosmo Zero Alpha 2 and 1/1000 UNCN Combined space fleet 2. Nose, wings and tail fold on the Cosmo Zeros. Alpha 1 has a Kodai pilot, Alpha 2 Yamamoto. Multiple missiles and different colours for each fighter. UNCN Space Fleet 2 is four models in the box ( 2 cruisers, 2 destroyers) plus a mini Cosmo Zero. I used to watch Starblazers when I was a kid, then in college, a buddy lent me his VHS collection and I couldn't ge through it because the stories were just dragging on and the animation was really dated by that point. This Yamato 2199, I'm glued to the screen and can't get away. The animation is incredible, the ship looks good and exactly how it should from various angles, no short-cuts or sloppiness in the animation or action sequences. I'm glad they re-did the story, yet kept a majority of the original desings (the ship, Analyzer, Dr. Sado, the characters for the most part). It's original, but it's updated at the same time. They could easily do this with SDF Macross, and I think they should. The Pachinko games that came out recently had some nice, updated animation sequences, and these could easily be applied to our beloved Macross. In that last picture i'm not sure if it's the same girl since her hair is in a poney-tail but the uniform is the same. Then there's this other girl in the same scene but she has a yellow uniform instead of pale green so she's definitely another person. They seem to spontaenously combust with every hit.....is it because every shot seems to be a direct hit to the power unit or magazine, or is it because the ships are just armored with tin plate? The earth ships had a lot of trouble in the beginning of the series, but that's probably due to insufficient fire power, but I was kind of hoping for seeing battle damage, or crippled ships smoldering once in a while. Yamato seems to get the odd hit but no explosion, with visible battle damage which is cool, but why not some of the baddies? Yeah, yeah, I know, Yamato's the hero ship, but I don't think every ship should go down like the Hood, especially when there are scenes of fleet battles. Depsite my grumblings, Is still ove the show so far....gotta love the blue chick's choice of bra and panties when she comes out of the MRI/CT scanner.
