I just dont know how could I miss that the hundreds of times I have seen the series before, and yes, it is a poster. Is "sex" supposed to be the pilot´s nickname, and what is that symbol? Btw, isn't Kawamori crushed in the first ep? Along with the Studio Nue building? The Studio Nue, Artland & another building all get demolished by Hikaru at the end of Ep 1. If you slow motion advance the destruction of the Studio Nue building, you actually see the SN mascot reacting to the building's destruction. I've never heard of Kawamori getting crushed. In addition, in DYRL he's the guy trying to ask for Minmei's autograph in the emergency shelter when the Zentraedi bust in, and crush him with collapsing concrete.
