    There was manga that appeared in the middle of the animerica magazine that had the ships including the Yamato docking at some station. I think it was a galaxy express manga. Haven't been able to find online anywhere though.

    I tried using clear green with a pint brush. That was a disaster. Couldn't get it go spread evenly.

    I've finally gotten back into building my kits I bought over a decade ago. I have this rx-78 that comes with a beam saber molded in white plastic. What color paint or gundam market do you guys usually use to paint the beam part of the saber?

    Well, i was hoping something like Netflix. I don't have enough interest to buy this outright but if it's on a streaming service I already pay for, then I might.

    Yeah you made the right decision. Those ver ones still have a nostalgic charm to me (i still own a few), but it would be madness to buy one over a newer version. Unless it was super cheap like 20-40 dollars max. I like the thin pointy noses on the ver ones and the die cast gives them a good hefty feeling.

    Yeah that's listed wrong. It's 1/60. You are right, Yamato only released the macross plus valk trio in 1/72.

    Still too much though. I wonder if they are new in box. I looked everywhere on the listing to see if these were preowned. I didn't think hobby search did preowned toys.

    Yeah they did that window box thing with the zeta remaster too when it was on gundam info's YouTube channel. Looks feeakin stupid.

    Agreed. Sadly I'm am being priced out of this hobby if things continue the way they have been. Strange considering I'm making more money than I've ever had in my life previously. Damn life priorities.

    That skit is a classic and so true. for me, my spares use to be MISB. Until I opened one up one day and noticed a piece was missing, years after I bought it. Now my spares are all MIB. I open each up in case I need to do a return on a defective model. Why do I have spares? Because I'm paranoid the first one will break or get paint scratches. This way I'm not hooped when they go out of print.

    The persistent logos an text are annoying unfortunately. I think the font is the main offender. It's unfortunate it's come to this. I'll miss the clean videos.
