Yes I know that. But those were their existing craft. This is a brand new aircraft built / painted well after their promotions. It's the least of the show's problems in any case.

Why did they paint a brand new craft as 05 when there is no Delta 5? Guess their equipment provider doesn't allow any changes to orders either.

Almost 30k yen for a VF-1. I bet Kawamori is rolling in his grave. -
After getting my payment HLJ request for the 31J and one other item, I sat on it. A few hours later, I got another payment request for just the one other item. Checked my orders list and the 31J was gone. No warning email or account suspension or anything. They just quietly deleted the order. Oh well, no big deal. Wasn't exactly hurting for another 31J. I felt my wallet breathe a sigh of relief.

Got my 31J payment request from HLJ as well. It appears HLJ does not care if you purchase another after the release date. My previous 31J has long since shipped, so I don't know if you could get away with this if you had one in your PW, since their "limit 1" algorithm might see you have one on order and suspend you. Amiami definitely does not let you purchase another, even after release, which is kinda dumb.

Hey now, doesn't Kawamori deserve some of the blame? lol Episode 6 I think has a half decent space battle and one of the only two times they used the super parts.

Great pick ups! Now you need to find the Angel Birds + Fan Racer set. I haven't had much time to fiddle with it, but I like it a lot so far. Just the lions themselves have way more joints and poseability than the old 80s version. I'll combine them together when I have a chance. And no lead paint as far as I know. -
Yeah, if anyone's super parts are going to skyrocket in price later, it'll be Hayate's.

I've noticed Kaname isn't as readily available as the others. Either they didn't produce as many of her or she's secretly the most popular Walkure.

I would never ship an Arcadia or current DX valkyrie with anything below EMS or FedEx, because USPS is incredibly incompetent and they've lost SAL packages several times before and damaged a bunch of others. You might fair better if you live in a country with a more competent postal service. I'm thinking HLJ has some kind of bulk discount deal with Japan post, so they can offer better shipping rates. Though that makes me wonder why a large retailer like Amiami doesn't have a similar deal.

Just noticed there was a paint chip on one of the front red sensors. Not sure when it happened. Most likely happened while going to and from battroid. I was able to touch it up with a bit of Tamiya clear red paint. In any case, that's another potential area of paint scraping you'll want to be aware of.

Okay, now I'm aware of it. It's still a shitty policy and they're still a 5th rate retailer for me. How does this change that? The defense of NY seems to be "You should have known about their shitty policy. By knowing about it, it's no longer a shitty policy." It's not like I'm canceling my existing orders with them, and I never did the "order something as a backup then stiff them when I find it cheaper elsewhere." Frankly, I hardly ever order from them because of their inflated shipping costs, so excuse me if I'm not 100% aware of every single policy of every single web retailer in existence.
