Picked up SQ game prize figure of Mirage. Not bad for 800 yen. Compared with the much more expensive Figuarts Zero version.

31k is way too high even for me... 25k was already pushing it. I'll just have to live with my personally decaled 1S.

I've been bumming decals from Hasegawa kits for use on my 1/60 valks. I'm only doing this for my favorite hero units though, as burning an entire Hasegawa model just for the decals is incredibly wasteful. I've also taken to scanning the Yamato sticker sheets and reprinting them as decals using an ordinary color printer. Problem with this is that you can't print white and the decal sheets are transparent, so this really only works on white valks. There is solid white decal paper, but you'd be limited to only solid markings like the UN Spacy kite; text markings are out of the question. Eventually I'm going to have to start actually using the included stickers.

Given the pilot placement on the toy, that shot should have taken his head clean off, rather than through the heart. Still fatal though. Obviously.

It's the SQ game prize figure. If you remove the horn, it leaves an unpainted hole in the head. You could always just putty it in and paint over it if you want a smooth head with no horn. Mine popped off during some handling, but it didn't feel flimsy. I'd rather it pop off then snap off. I was more concerned about this horn breaking than the 31J's. On a side note, while my Hayate pilot figure fits snug in the cockpit, Messer rattles around, though there isn't enough space in the cockpit for him to actually fly out of his seat during, uhh, "maneuvers".

Messer easily has the best looking Siegfried! The paint work on mine is cleaner than my 31J. 歌ってくれ、カナメさん！

Perfect example of "it's not a bug, it's a feature!" Why fix it when you can skim a little off the top for a few days then claim it was a "bug" that did it? PayPal could easily have this crap fixed.

PAYPAL MOTHER****ERS! I looked in my settings and they changed it to use their craptastic conversion rate instead of just paying yen and letting the bank conversion. I thought it was a little off when I paid for my HLJ 31F and shipping. We're only talking about a few bucks, but it's the principle of the matter. This is the kind of shady crap that makes people hate PayPal.
