Mine arrived Thursday but just now opening it. Finally have M&M. Hurray I guess? I think I hate the feet most of all. They're decent enough toys for slumming it up, but I would rather have the far superior 1/60 versions. Still waiting for Arcadia to reissue them. Come on, Arcadia! Make Arcadia Great Again! #MAGA

Pfft you guys have it easy. I'm working whenever POs open, so I have to squeeze in my POs in between various trauma cases.

Haven't had time to transform mine yet but I love the fighter. Although the VF-25 is one of my favorite valkyrie designs, it's refreshing to have something that is a radical departure from it and its descendants. More importantly, no peeling tampo issues on mine. Still have one in PW though, so I still get a shot at being screwed by Bandai.

Then don't buy it and save your money for the official releases? Those with the money to buy both aren't taking anything away from Arcadia and their hypothetical reissue.
-
I don't think a single person has said you *should* buy any of these KOs. If given a choice I'll take the official product. Right now, Arcadia's chances of making any money from collectors for the M&M valks are precisely zero.
-
I think I'll try the M&M KOs since I never got the Yamato releases and the aftermarket prices are ridiculous (and not a single yen of it goes to Arcadia anyway). I'll still buy the official releases if Arcadia ever reissues them. 20k yen is a bargain compared to current prices.

More diecast = more painted metal parts = more paint chipping More diecast does not equate to better quality. The VF-25 shoulders were some of the worst offenders as they were often chipped right out of the box. As the bars comprising the joints were diecast, the shoulder blocks themselves should have just been plastic. Keep diecast only on parts that need the strength!

Late Sunday night for folks in the western hemisphere. Gonna be like the Monday after daylight savings all over again.

Okay, besides the exploding 171 shoulders, the deceptively Photoshopped VF-19 pics, and the entire pre-renewal Frontier line, when has Bandai ever screwed up a Macross toy??

That's why they only ever showed it in quick shots and close-ups so the audience wouldn't realize what an abomination it was.

I think it looks great in fighter, except maybe a bit chunky in profile. Mine's past customs and on the way. Pretty fast for stateside journey. It'll have to compete with the new Mass Effect for my time though.

That is plane is going to crash and the courier along with your Sv-262 is going to wash up on a deserted island, where it will be the courier's only friend for the next few years. He will, coincidentally, name your 262 "Keith."
