You can always just build yourself a time machine and travel back to 2009 when prices were more "fair". No problem! Cameras are also better at differentiating tiny color gradients than we can. So slight differences in color that the camera can pick up might be imperceptible to our squishy meatbag eyes. If you own a V1 VF-27, you can probably see slight differences in the greens used. But take a picture and holy crap it looks like Bandai used wildly different green plastics.

Geez guys, it sounds like transforming this thing is far more unpleasant than the 171. Haven't gotten around to transforming mine. Maybe once my second copy arrives, I will, where by the sound of things I'll probably leave it in battroid.

Whoa a Focker premium finish version? I'm in for one! Bring on the M&M premium finish versions too! For me, I like detailing my valkyries when I can find the time, but it's a real hassle finding/making decals as I generally dislike stickers. Add in the time needed to actually apply all the decals and a few extra yen to cut out all of that is a bargain to me. Everyone's situation is different, of course. That's just my view.

That's good. Would hate to see a lovely custom get marred by it. They're fine if the nubs are only touching bare plastic, but they've been known to damage paint over time. I stopped using them (except for taking brief photos) because of it.
