  1. Thanks! Was wondering when it was coming out. Alright, I figured something out for Windows browsers: double clicking the image (center, when the turn page icons aren't active), it'll jump to "zoomed in", and you can click and move the image like a PDF document. Double clicking returns to the "zoomed out" (or stretched to screen) mode. <sigh> I wish they had clear directions for that - the settings icon only gives you the ability to change things like how fast the pages turn, turning off the page turn animation, etc.. Anyhow, make sure you click the 面白かった option when you finish reading (it means "interesting/enjoyable", and the more good vibes that we can associate with Macross, the better, yes?)
  2. RM++ Project: Character 7 Citizen 04B: Vihiida Fiizu: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRcharacter/MCRcharacter.php#M7 - with all you ever need to know about her drum set!
  3. RM++ Project: Timeline Ai 01A: Contact With The Zentraadi: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRtimeline/MCRtimeline.php - some interesting points, especially how they work in the movie opening from the SDFM-DYRL game into the chronology. Mechanic: F NUNS 04A: AIF-7S Ghost: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRmechanic/MCRmechanic.php#MF - also some good points - the QF-3000E being a fighter-bomber comes first to mind.
  4. Complete: Issue 71 Back Cover/Sticker Insert: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRseriesguide/MCRseriesguide.php#SerGui - thankfully it'll be the last time we have to do the reorganization - they're getting to be a major headache!
  5. RM++ Project: TF02E,F: Macross F Theatrical Edition ~The Wings Of Goodbye~: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#TMF - not sure about the point on the RM dedicated to the last moments of Mishima et al. Nevertheless, the highlighting of the pun with Aruto's name is fun, so to is the one on what happens to Isamu. Episode: 7 45A & B: Macross 7 Eps. 45 "The Treacherous Fourth Planet": http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#M7 - not quite as amusing as the two sheets above. Nevertheless, some good, solid points.
  6. Complete! Mechanic: Other 06A: Hatchet Class Destroyer Untamed / Mobile Weapon Annabella Lasiodora / Meltrandi Assault Plunder Ship / Jamming Station: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRmechanic/MCRmechanic.php#Other - some interesting stuff. Perhaps most interesting is the specific location of where certain levels of the VF-X2 game took place. Alas, the mechanics are extremely light on stats, especially the ones that appear in the SDFM-DYRL game.
  7. Frustratingly, there have been no hints revealed on what those patrols are, other than: - the name - based from Apollo Base on the Moon - using Super Pack equipped VF-1 (initially)
  8. Complete: Mechanic: F NUNS 05A: Destroid: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRmechanic/MCRmechanic.php#MF - brushed up the translation (some parts were just... ugh), and there are a couple of changes in the two additions.
  9. RM++ Project: Worldguide 03A: Earth: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRworldguide/MCRworldguide.php - quite a lot of interesting stuff. I was especially surprised at the role the Grand Canon III plays, the extent of the orbital facilities, and one of the fates of some of the Lancer II pilots! The RM on Macross City also implies how long it took for the reconstruction to reach a level where mankind can collectively take a break from it. Yowzers!
  10. Just the first episodes, right? The other 3 episodes were released during M7's broadcast, and I remember one of the mysteries of M+ that M7 took pains to preserve (at the time) was which VF won M+'s Project Super Nova (as it takes place earlier in the timeline).
  11. Technically they were released at the same time...
  12. RM++ Project: Episode: F25A & B: Macross F Eps. 25 "Your Sound": http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#MF - some interesting points. Can't remember if anyone's mentioned the "total length version" on MW or not, but it's interesting that it's considered to be the 'standard' version of this episode, no?
  13. RM++ Project: Character 7 Citizen 09B: City 7 Media Staff: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRcharacter/MCRcharacter.php#M7 - the RMs cover pretty much all you want to know about the "Fire Bomber Feature" in 'Coffee Break'. Complete: Mechanic: D7 Citizen 03A: Vehicles Of Planet Zola: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRmechanic/MCRmechanic.php#MD7 - no changes between the versions. On the other hand, the translation's been polished a bit (consistency, consistency).
  14. RM++ Project: Character: M UN 08A: Kakizaki Hayao: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRcharacter/MCRcharacter.php#SDFM - the RM is rather thought provoking. Complete: Technology 01Q: Variable Fighter: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRtechnology/MCRtechnology.php - no changes between the two editions, but I've revamped the translation (among other things, indicating the flow between VFs). Heroine Gallery: Ranka Lee x VB-6 / Sheryl Nome x VF-11B: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRheroine/MCRheroine.php - the images are pretty good this time around.
  15. Have you heard of the game Macross M3? It takes place between the end of SDFM (Flashback 2012) and Macross Plus. In it, Miria pilots a red VF-4G. https://www.flickr.com/photos/gerwalk_w/4580191601/sizes/z/
  16. RM++ Project: Glossary 23A: Marge Guldoa - Mayan Island: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRglossary/MCRglossary.php - lots of small nuggets on this. My highlight is (yet another) name for the DYRL version of the ARMD when it appears in the main timeline: Revised ARMD Class (though, I was waffling with leaving it phonetically written: "Kai ARMD Class"). Episode: M33A & B: Super Dimensional Fortress Macross Eps. 33 "Rainy Night": http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#SDFM - lots of insight from these two sheets - both in-universe/series and behind the scenes.
  17. RM++ Project: Timeline 54A: The Decisive Battle At The Vajra Homeworld (F): http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRtimeline/MCRtimeline.php - the two RMs both clarify things, and make other things more unclear (specifically the one on the "song of love"...). Thanks!
  18. It comes from the Pash! Animation File 02: Macross Frontier magazine. http://nomansland.site.nfoservers.com/MRG-Active-Archive/forums/index.php?topic=2077.msg37007#msg37007 - specifically the question on Kuran's ears (of all things they can ask about her...).
  19. RM++ Project: History: Plus 03A: Sharon Apple Incident: http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRhistory/MCRhistory.php#M+ - some great points on what happened after M+ due to the incident. Nicely fills in some holes in the timeline.
  20. RM++ Project: Episode: F24A & B: Macross F Eps. 24 "Last Frontier": http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#MF - some interesting points on what could've been. I guess it kind of confirms that they ran out of time, eh? Episode: II 04A & B: Super Dimensional Fortress Macross II -Lovers Again- Episode 4 "Marduk Disorder": http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRepisode/MCRepisode.php#MII - there's a nice highlight of the design process.
  21. Funny you should ask that, as in the past couple of weeks I translated something directly addressing that: he gave her the ring as a memento just in case he didn't come back from the Stargazer mission.
  22. RM++ Project: Timeline 53A: To The Vajra Homeworld (F): http://sketchleytranslation.host-ed.me/MCRtimeline/MCRtimeline.php - some interesting points in the RMs.
  23. Other than they having them, nope. It's one of the aspects of Macross that hasn't been delved into - which is a shame, as it's kind of connected to how Sharon Apple manifests visually.
  24. Curious - isn't more expensive to print such a limited run? In the quite provided from your printer, didn't they mention where economy of scale kicks in? (ie: in purchasing bottle labels at a former employer, there was a line somewhere around the 5,000 to 10,000 mark where anything below that line, the total order price was the same, and above that line, although the total order price increased, the price per unit dropped drastically.)
