Building on that thought... would expect to see VF-0D and VF-0B in 1/60 scale. At least that is what I hope.

Thanks. I wish I had a 1/72 to go with all the Hasegawa. The chrome finish is had to work with and Bandai did not hide many of the cut points to remove the parts from the tree. Had to use H23 shine red and then H90 Clear Red for the touch up.

That is so true. I have pestered Toynami and also added to the hate on Robo.... site. I have been eyeing the resin tread on hobbyfan but it it 1/72. Cory, Alpha plus which scale 1/55, 1/60 or 1/48? Edit: removed quoted photo.

Had the same problem with the nose and cockpit canopy. I was able to play with them to get it to fit. It has to do with getting the canopy hingle inside the nose.

Xsjado, it is rather exciting. Hasegawa released a special version of their F-14 with Shin's markings from Macross Zero. http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models...wa/hasegawa.htm The scans of the decal sheet is at the link above. All you need is a 1/72 scale F-14 and then print the decals or have someone make them for you. The other is a Hasegawa S-3 Viking also from Macross Zero but it was not a special release. It is a custom that I did with a buddy pod and the gun pod from a VF-0. It is a mirror image from as it appeared in the show so the gun pod is mounted on the wrong side. The last F-14 that I know of for sale was in France "Kits land???" but that was about six months ago. Edit: NB4M is making a model of the stunt plane. Jenius, Yes poor choice of words on my part. Thanks for the correction and photo. The fighter can be displayed on an acrylic display stand to reduce the nose upturn. Armo Soldier is a great mode. Just be careful if you put the ride armor in the fighter. I could not open the compartment again on the Shadow.

$99 is a great deal. Is it new or used? What is the shipping cost and is it insured. I have 3 Roys, 1 Max (former Roy) and 1 Hikaru. If given a choice buy new and from someone on the straight shooter list.

The 1/55 Scott and Shadow are the unlucky ones that remained in the boxes after the move. Time will tell if the alpha's make it out.

Move is done! Had to fix a couple of models. The cabinet has lots of open space for the new releases. The unlucky few are still boxed.

All my valks are being moved and to be here monday so when they are dug out I will provide an Isamu vs VF-0 pilot. Need to find a 1/60 VF-1S strike. With the shoulders and 19 problems I am wondering what mine look like?! The 0A and 19 have never left fighter mode. It is wise to wait until a second release or NB4M makes reinforced parts. Yes, the pope's face seems a bit off from the anime but I like the fighter and gerwalk mode so if I have the funds I will jump on the preorder.

I went without the macross toys in the 80's only bought the models. Saw them in the stores but did not like the look. The matchbox Robotechs were junk. Hovertank was broken right out of the box. Only got into Macross toys thanks to Yamato and Valk Exchange. Getting a VF-17 thanks to Jenuis' custom ideas and the production of the 1/60 YF-19. I will wait and see if the new macross is a quality product and if the price will go down.

All that hard work with the photos and the layout not to do the hands and heatshield. I have wondered what Isamu will look like next to the 1/60 Roy from the VF-0S and the 1/60 VF-1S Strike? Do not have a VF-1S Strike and the others are being moved.
