  1. This is epic work. Well done!!! Any chance of willing to share the digital file please?
  2. Then they 3D scanned a Yamato model and designed their molds around that.
  3. When I asked Calibre wings recently about additional Macross Zero, they were straight to the point that there won't be anymore plans involving Zero. Pity, I was so hoping for the VF-0 range in diecast...
  4. Yup, doesn't look like him.
  5. Even the pilot here looks better sized than the kid in 3Z versions...
  6. Where you get these from? And are they exactly at HMR vague scale of 1/100 - 1/88?
  7. Been meaning to ask this for a while... Did Kawamori come up with Ragna and it's whole culture? And how did the humanoid species come to be there?
  8. Does "Hyper joint with no mobility" means it's not posable?

Lol... reminds me of what black Friday has evolved into. Price a month before BF, $100.00. Price a week before BF, $130.00. On BF, $130.00, $100.00 after discount. Price after BF, $100.00. 🤣
  10. Felt the same. Always loved the 0D in plane, but it's battroid always left me with some question marks, especially Arcadia's attempts. But this HMR nails for me as the wings don't go below the knees, and that stand... magnifect!!!

Fireworks galore here when a deal struck lol That's a valid point though. Vendors have evolved to be online dependent, and even when someone finds something in the attic a toy that belonged to someone else, they'll immediately check online themselves, or ask on Facebook for the value for example, and unless there's a quick group of sharks, they end up pricing it at the online average. Gone are the days of garage sales or filled up tables at the flee market.
  12. I'd take the VF-19A scheme 100 times over the odd beige of the YF-19. Same with the VF-22 Max or moon team over the YF-21. Love Macross plus, but the colour schemes never won me.

That's the truth. Also depends where you are. Some of the Macross collectors here in Greece all want to buy deals with a additional 50% less, but then sell with a additional 50% above the general online average. So, at the end, very few are able to conclude any offers, never mind getting deals. lol
  14. Interesting. Two linked series so close together of quite diverse styles.
  15. There certainly was something in the water in Japan during that time 🤣
  16. Cheers for this info. Makes a lot sense. From what I roughly recall from Sunrise's other shows (Which don't include singers though), the first announcement to the reveal of at least the series name and logo is within a year, then afterwards slowly drop teasers of characters, settings, to eventually the plot and some merch some months before airing. So yeah, it's likely it won't air next year. Then also depends the size of the series... 12 Episodes, 24 Episodes, just a film??? The wait continues.
  17. Was unaware of this. Haven't built a Bandai kit in too many years. Thanks. I'm not a fan of those extra pods on the wings, but that stand sure is pure win.
  18. Waterslide decals sold separately. This is so Bandai...
  19. Gratitude.
  20. I'd like to see a weight comparison between the 0S and 0D if anyone has both. I believe it was packaged in battroid mode as it was the quickest way to assemble it in the factory.

I wonder how many such collections are sitting in storage and even forgotten till found by there kids or grandkids.
  22. I didn't have this issue, as the moment I saw that internal structure of the arms sliding up and down, I went into extra careful mode as it looks incredibly fragile. Here I believe the bracket with the rods should have been metal, while the clips also in metal but with a rubber inside to maintain position on the rod. My biggest frustration came with: - Fitting the tiny fists all aligned in the backpack. - Fitting the gunpod during in plane mode. PS, eagerly awaiting your next video reviews. Keep up the great work there!!!
  23. Cheers for this insight. What you say makes sense. And yup, I love this 0D, but as I posted in my first review of it, it does feel like a firmer model kit.
