  1. Btw, loving that exchange rate. ¥29,136 shipped, and got charged $229.55
  2. Got charged by Amazon Japan, so ought to be shipping soon.
  3. Arcadia Cheyenne would be great, but I’d settle for a phalanx.
  4. The non-Macross HMRs have had quite a number of successes as well, the Dougram figures for example. For the non-Macross line there are more successes than failures.
  5. Can't wait for my Griffin, LRM carrier, and AC carrier to show up. 🥸
  6. Doesn't surprise me, It's all hydrocarbon chains. (after checking wikipedia) Huh, looks like Margarine was originally made from animal fat as a butter replacement, for the military and poor people. In France, late 1800s.
  7. They never cancelled the release, just postponed it without a release date.
  8. I doubt it, box is smaller than the Arcadia VF-4G, and that's only showing ¥5,300 ($42) to ship to the US via FedEx.
  9. $105 (after converting to USD) from other places, and $170 from BBTS. Overall still probably cheaper to buy from a Japanese store.
  10. So long as there’s no requirement to change it every x months, I’m all good. Password managers ftw.
  11. The 29? Yes the joints were improved in several places as I recall.

  13. Damn, used my 10% coupon too early. Oh well, guess I'll order from AmiAmi or Amazon Japan instead.

  16. I think the initial release was just miniatures without a ruleset, and what's happening now is a boxed game with rules that includes the miniatures?
  17. There’s a thread in the sci-fi sub forum on the miniatures that’s branched out into the upcoming game kickstarter (p2).
  18. I think it's the legs, they have a very straight profile, and are a bit thinner than they ought to be compared to the torso.
  19. It's actually cardboard and (I think)wood for the frame of the joints if you look closely. Might also be plastic, but definitely something more solid than cardboard.
  20. My #1 ask for Arcadia, is actually to reduce the size of their boxes. They're so large they cost a ton to ship, and take up a lot of space for retailers. Look at the box size for an Arcadia 1/60 VF-1 compared to a Bandai 1/48 VF-1.
