  1. No matter the pink/red hue, seeing the whole team together is worth it! Kudos to Sentinel for at least sticking to this.. Now if only Bandai is that committed to complete a line instead of giving us blue balls..
  2. I wonder what changed at Bandai. They had no hesitation releasing every type of valk variant from Frontier then; even those from Macross 30 game. My top favorite colour scheme would be the YF-25 & it only appeared for couple of seconds in the movie? But for Delta, quite a few have been held back.. super parts for some of the VF-31, SV-262 Elvis & Ba variant, VF-171 CF..
  3. Perhaps there’s less enthusiastic response to Boque than expected so far.. and they push out more pics in the final days of PO.. But it’s great these new pics are of physical toy, rather than the 3D renders used previously. The wings appear to tag properly against the legs in Fighter, though not sure if Bandai photoshopped it as they sometimes do in the past..
  4. Thanks @Lolicon! I’m guessing your destroids are decaled up & look forward to them.
  5. As Arcadia is releasing the Tomahawk, let's have some appreciation for the Yamato ones.. Yep, it's a good thing Mr. K has mentioned that the waist joint will be tightened up for Arcadia's version. Yamato ones are really loose & makes the toy topple backwards easily. Here's a tan version: And reposting an olive version from a few years back:
  6. Forgot about Sue.. as Sentinel seem pretty fond of repaints, there’s good chance this will be made.
  7. The pinkish hue didn’t really bother me at first, due to excitement that it’s finally out. But now it does really look like a big difference compared to the red they used in the PO promo pics..
  8. Well, I don’t really hear of anyone mentioning them in recent years, they seem to have shelf-warmed hard after all these years & still find them in retail store today. As non-transforming valks go, do collectors prefer Yamato’s GNU-Dou VF-1? Before purchasing, the impression I get of these Revoltechs are that they are gashapon level quality but with very good poseability. Which I’m perfectly fine with as currently I’ve been having fun hunting down other older Macross gashapon figures such as Tomytec, Kaiyodo x Movic & Yamato’s VFC as companion pieces to the bigger, transforming ones. I suppose these scratch the itch of actually playing with toys whilst the bigger ones are mostly for display only.
  9. Revoltech VF-1s may not really be held in high regard, but getting a pair of M&Ms for posterity.. SHFiguarts M.Bison to add to the original SF line-up, but looks like this line is dead..
  10. This has prolly been posted in MW sometime, but I like the updated version Mari Iijima did, I believe around the mid-90’s:
  11. I am seeing that it is being 'sold by Amazon.co.jp' (one unit left now). Yup they did sell out months back, but these must be extra units they had after stock arrived. I was watching that page for past few days, and it only opened back up today. Thought it might be worthwhile for some as their current price is generally lower than others (take off 10% domestic tax from the listed price) and Amazon always have good shipping rates..
  12. For those who missed out PO, Amazon JP has a few in stock left (3 units as of this post): Amazon.co.jp: Riobot Genesis Mosspeeda, 1/12 VR-038L, Bartray, Fouque, 1/12 Scale, ABS & Die-cast, Pre-painted Complete Action Figure : Hobbies
  13. White landing gears are small detail, but agreed it makes a huge difference especially with the added wash & silver highlights. I’m reminded why the only Yamato 1/48 VF-1 I have displayed is with the landing gears down, as they are not only painted white, but the front gear has some hose detailing that Bandai lacks..
  14. Waiting for Amazon JP link to be up… Still not sure if the markings will be tampo-Ed on. In the old Yamato listings for this, the markings weren’t shown on the product pictures, whereas they are here..
  15. Pic shows all the markings are there, so will it be premium-finished? We'll find out in couple of days..
  16. Color-wise the tornado & super parts may be close to the valk, but the parts are glossy whilst the valk will be matte finished..
  17. I quite like this shade of cobalt blue chosen for Max’s YF-29. Just the color alone will make it stand out quite a bit in the collection.
  18. Finally we have an actual picture of Mirage’s AX..
  19. I suppose the current & ongoing full lockdowns at major parts of China is really disrupting movement of everything..
  20. I've been slowly getting the Yamato Tomahawks, to sort of make up for the almost vaporware HMR ones then. So yeah hope this release doesn't affect Bandai's decision to go ahead with theirs after them resurrecting their prototype recently..
  21. The previous official color renderings weren't very clear on this, I always thought the 2 smaller thrusters were an integrated part of the bigger leg thrusters in Fighter mode, and just splits out from it in the X-wing-like & other modes.. With the new underside images, it looks like they actually unfurl out from the belly of the fighter. I am liking the SV-303 design more and more.. But perhaps its a new valk syndrome, same as when the SV-262 was first revealed.
