I have them and used them for some shots once upon a time, I'll have to dig them up.

I thought they fixed that? I haven't shipped from them in a while but I remember someone saying it was down... If not to 15 maybe 20? Hopefully someone can chime in.

The annoying thing is that Bandai had invented a way to make the vertical stabilizers removable to address their mistake on painting the squadron numbers (and to make the Angelbirds more desirable). They should have implemented that system on the VT-1 and given us the option to have full size stabilizers or smaller ones.

I suspect they glued the speaker pods on the shoulders to make a DX seem cooler if they choose to issue one.

Some of these carriers bill tariffs after delivery so your not in the clear yet! I've been waiting to hear they're done so I can buy them all and have them ship in one big other, think he mentioned a bundle pack also on FB. My battlepods need pilots!

Play with it and let us know your thoughts. After I wrap up my DX GBP I'm probably moving on to the artillery pods.

I suspect the Japanese companies are good to their Japanese customers but issues have to be found immediately after release... A couple months later and there's not a lot that can be done. For HK companies, KitzConcept was great until it dropped down to a one or two person company. Threezero has always had very poor service, generally because their toys are glued together and there's nothing that can be done short of full replacement. I sent them a broken Scopedog once and they sent me back the toy with the broken part fixed but a different joint broken... That's as close as they've come to helping. I was really hoping things would improve with robo dou but even simple requests are ignored

Mom there's no where to eat because Dad left his destroid monster on the dinner table! -
At this point, I doubt they're coming through but have you asked?

Must mean Amazon.jp.

I've thought about it and I know the next DX release... It will be the Hikaru VF-1J anniversary edition arriving in December with new flight stand that says "8 Years!"
-
They spent 5 years knowing that was a B tier product before they finally convinced themselves to make it any way. Fingers crossed for VE-1 next... Sure fire winner followed by a TWE gamble.
-
Yeah, it's a "get both and be satisfied by neither" situation. Fingers crossed for a renewal or Arcadia some day.
-
Back in the day, a big Macross fan ran Hi Metal R, that's how we got destroids and the Vf-2SS, then they cycled managers and we've been on cruise control ever since.
-
Or badge it Hikaru or make it the DYRL version... Something to make it interesting. A super Hikaru TV version seems like an obvious later release... Probably a TN event exclusive!
-
No flight mode stand like the first one came bundled with.
-
Just more from the GBP production run I guess... Would have liked to see the DYRL version.

Good luck! I've been waiting for nearly a year for my 1S part that's the size of a finger nail. They're using the tariffs as an excuse not to have customer service. Honestly though, I'm shocked they would agree to your request since it doesn't seem like it occurred to them until Max went into production... They shouldn't have any necks in a different color.

We need someone to 3d print enhancement parts for the 1/65 DX.

1/48+fp's, 1/60+fp's, 1/72, 1/2k, 1/3k,1/100 and now 1/144

I think I'm leaning more toward a straight review of the GBP but with a few comparisons. I've wrestled with format a bunch but I think I'm going to review the DX GBP Accessory (both Hikaru and Roy's colors) in one video like I just did with the multiple Yamato releases... it will just focus on the GBP and not the VF-1 toys unless I notice something along the way that shows me the VF-1 toys aren't just exact reissues. -

It's not a process, more like happenstance. This is how it usually works: 1- A new toy arrives but I already have my office completely covered in toys from whatever video/review I'm currently working on 2- That toy gets put into a closet or storage until I'm done with my current project 3- More toys come in and go into the closet or storage because these reviews take so long to do and I have so little time 4- I finally wrap up whatever I'm working on and grab whichever of the most recent releases strike me as the most different from existing toys. I prioritize new molds over repaints/reissues. If there are no new molds and I'm going to do a repaint, I'll look for the repaint that isn't about to have another release (because maybe I'll review both repaints at the same time). Similarly, if there's a toy about to come out that would be good to compare it to, then I'll hold off on reviewing that toy until the other one comes out. I'll make the occasional exception to the priority list if I feel like I've skipped a toy too many times or a lot of people are asking about it. 5- Then I go looking through storage for comparable toys to the one I've selected for review 6- Then I check anymoon for the reviews of those older toys that I've pulled out of storage as it helps me identify the cool new bits the most recent manufacturer has added and if they've solved any issues I had with prior renditions. 7- Often times, I'm let down by the quality of my older reviews. Sometimes it's the quality of the pictures, sometimes it's because I gloss over important details, sometimes I'm missing variants, etc. So, before I can move forward, I fix the existing review. The goal is for anymoon to be a sort of Wiki for Macross toys so if my old articles don't answer the questions I think people would have about a toy, then I need to address that. 8- Finally, I've got my old toys out, I feel very well versed in their pros and cons, and I'm ready to review the newest toy. Of course, while I'm doing this, new toys have arrived. Rinse and repeat.
