From what you have posted in these pics there really isn’t much more. Once in a while I would see bagged items, but the baggies were never consistent. Some were heat sealed, others taped, some stapled, and sometimes the bag was just folded over. But the baggies were never the same size type, mil, or quality. Suffice to say the items had a place where they were set into the foam trays and that pretty much answers your query. Hope this helps.

I just believe it to be a preference by Kawamori. The F-14 had a wing sweep that allows perfect stowage of the wings. The F-15 would require more thought process at the time to develop it into something more robust. just my two cents.

It sold well due to the weapons cache. Someone was hoarding weapons, clips, and missiles. Without the cache I don’t think the listing would have done well. Still a great haul for the winner. Congratulations to the new owner.

Nice. I remember seeing these on the 101 Fwy back in the 90s. Along with other calendar candy 🍬 of it’s time (and previous). In person it is such a small and low car that it could be considered a ramp on wheels.

I agree with you on this sentiment. Cool mini me of the GBP, but might have to pass on this. I’d rather have a new mold released from the Destroids set. Besides, the DX GBP turned into a shelf warmer so this strategy to push a dud is strange.

Are you guys trying to do dynamic poses? Honestly, the stands don’t look like they are meant to do much other than let gravity take hold and that’s about it.

@Shawn would be nice to get full three sixty pics of those boxes. They would look great as part of any collection or display.

What a treasure trove! To see so many classic model kits in their pristine and original condition is amazing. Makes me think there could possibly be others out there like this with more model kits and toys.

Ever since the release of the VF-25 I knew this was coming where VFs were going to resemble insects. This turned me off of Macross for a couple of years, or at least the current at the time series. Good thing it was only through the V.1. Once the designs grew on me it was easy to dive into the V.2.

It was a good movie. A bit of the same, but new parts that fit well to the story we all know. I would definitely watch it again.

With regard to Jumbo Machinders, these rare versions sell for absurd amount of money. The more limited they are the pricier they could become and more difficult to obtain in the future.

I think this is definitely one of your best recreations of illustrations to photographic remakes to date. Awesome!
