  1. I'd give 'em a pass if Blitzwing has a second alt mode, but if not, then yeah that jet is quite bad.
  2. Easiest Snake Eyes figure I've had to find, thanks for the lookout sh9000. I remember many moons ago wishing that the original Joes get larger scaled figures, so I got high hopes for this line.
  3. Pics of new toys from ToyFair are out and about. Arcee has a hoverboard now.
  4. Do you like Kate Bush? I like her and so does Meg Myers:
  5. I would love a Magma Dragoon, but heck, any Riobot Maverick would be nice.
  6. Sounds like a safe bet. I reckon it'd be too soon for a second run.
  7. Wonderfest showed off the upcoming Riobots, and out of all of them, this is the one I'm most excited about:
  8. Is it finally happening?! I don't know if it's gonna be a perfect transformation figure or a kit, but any Dangaioh news is good news. Nevermind, it's gonna be a kit.
  9. From the few photos I've seen, I think MP Arcee's face needs work. The deluxe version from a couple years ago had a prettier look. She has a rockin alt mode though.
  10. Hawt-can't wait for red Legioss.
  11. Jennifer Connely is absolutely stunning in the Rocketeer. Not to say she was the saving grace for that movie, I thought it was fun film as a whole.
  12. The best way would be to find a proxy buyer to go in person, but even that is not a guarantee. I had a friend try to get a kit for me a couple years ago, but it had long sold out when he reached the vendor's stall. That teeny military Garland is pretty sweet.
  13. Looking forward to animated Uzumaki, one of my fave Ito works.
  14. M'Kyuun, maybe you post it on the Hoary Froating Head's FB page. He'd definitely get a kick out of it considering he uses Lego to design valks.
  15. Indeed, you definitely get your money's worth with that game. Which is the complete opposite of UFO catcher/crane games. I know this, and yet I am a complete sucker for them when I see a tempting prize. Like the time I went crazy trying getting a complete set of Patlabor figures many years ago in Akihabara, Japan. So when I heard about Sega Catcher Online, I started to fret about my wallet. They're not the first to do this kinda thing, I think this place gets credit for that, but Sega seems to have a bigger budget for their prizes.
  16. HLJ is holding mine, just got the email today.
  17. Wowsers indeed-lovin the hands!
  18. No school like the old school. Nice classic collection and it all looks to be in great condition-welcome to MW!
  19. Yeah, this looks cruddy compared to the older SAC series.
  20. Truly awful news. My condolences to their families.
  21. Yup, it's from TAITO's Space Harrier videogame clone. It actually has more alt modes; which one you get depends on the ending path you choose. As for the kit, there are two versions: the initial silver one and a second "black pearl" edition with a standing pilot figure. They're both molded in color, so they should look ok right out of the box. They look to be both good quality resin kits that will require little clean up, but I can't comment on the build itself since I haven't had time to put either of them together.
  22. I would get one so my Shogo pilot figure could have a toy too. Speaking of which, you guys were not kidding: this is a HUGE box. HLJ finally got tired of keeping my loot.
  23. Congrats! I held off on getting one which in turn freed up the budget for a massive Macross haul. The VF-31 and the armor is pristine, and so is the VF-11C even though it was in used condition. The Monster was missing a couple of stand adapters and needed a little dusting, but it was still in good shape. This all started from looking for a VF-11C, which was kind of a grail item for me, then it just snowballed from there to "save on shipping".
