    Death Stranding is definitely a wait for sale game for me, looks very slow, and honestly, just kind of boring. I'll check it out eventually, but I'm in no rush, I'm sure I'll be able to nab a copy on Black Friday for $30 or so. This, very much this. I can't help but feel a ton of "professional" reviewers had Kojima goggles on when playing it, from what I've read from many, many different reviews, any other open world game with the same issues would've been slammed accordingly, but Kojima! A lot of the intentional mechanics sound awful, the fast travel sounds awful, if it weren't a Kojima game I'd imagine most reviews would be 6/10 on average.

    Oh yeah you're doomed, the Hikaru 1S will require the rest of the DYRL Skull Squadron :). We'll see for me as well, if I end up buying a single DYRL DX I'll inevitably have to get the rest, then I'm officially tumbling down the slope, not slipping.

    I went ahead and nabbed four sets, I'm not missing out again. I plan on only getting Vermillion and a Roy 1S, preferably TV colored to go with Vermillion, and I want a full set for all four valks. Plan was italicized because I'm a weak ass when it comes to not buying more then I planned, I didn't even plan on getting a single DX, now I have the 1A Max and 1J Hikaru.

    I played Jedi Fallen Order for about 3.5 hours this morning on my Xbox One X, I'm tired as all hell but damn, it is a KILLER single player Star Wars game. Like many others I was skeptical, there was a review embargo, EA, there was a lot going against it, and the only real positive in my eyes was Respawn, they make killer games, but once again EA. EA is known for meddling in the development of what could-have-been solid games, so a single player Star Wars game seemed ripe for BS, micro-transactions, DLC, pre-order bonuses, and every other stupid thing that's currently plaguing modern gaming. Honestly though? Nope. Just in general, there's a whole, solid, fun, and very well made single player Star Wars game here, it's quite incredible. There's a decent bit of customization, clothing, lightsaber hilt pieces, colors, you can even change the lightsaber combat style, all unlocked IN GAME. You don't have to buy anything, there's no premium currency or time savers, you just unlock everything by playing the actual game, crazy concept.

    I got jerked around for nearly an hour trying to watch Mandalorian, the app is quite spotty on every platform right now it seems. I had login issues at first, but then like you mentioned, things from my watch list were disappearing or were being removed, then when they re-appeared after I closed and relaunched the app they couldn't be watched.

    That design looks much, much better IMO. Honestly? The movie still looks pretty fun to me, and I love me some Jim Carrey so I'll be seeing it in theaters, looks fun enough to warrant a few ticket purchases.

    The app was being screwy this morning but I got it to stay stable long enough to finish the first episode and hot damn, I loved it. Not too much cheesy humor, which I love, Disney pushes too much cheesy humor into everything they do now IMO and it's gotten old. The show is gorgeous, looks fantastic in 4K, the blend of CG and practical is right on point. IG-11 was awesome, and looked great in motion. The ending though, holy crap, that ending is something else, and carries HEAVY implications for the future, came out of left field for me, very unexpected. I'll have a spoiler tag below that is about the very end of the episode and the big reveal, it's in a spoiler tag so spoilers obviously, but DO NOT click if you don't want to read about the big ending!

    I remember reading about this, he got mad and pissy Witcher 3 became a massive success and wanted more money after the fact. Witcher 1 and 2 were moderate successes, they were solid games but didn't really break into the mainstream, then Witcher 3 came along and was game of the year for a lot of people. That was about the time he also started getting a little less harsh on his criticisms of the games, funny how that works when there's a bunch of extra money at stake.

    Sorry for the late reply, Mommar filled you in. I usually use VCTOYSBOX for all of my third party Figuarts and 1/12 stuff, seems you already got a hammer set though so you're good to go. https://www.vctoysbox.com/ I too ordered a MK85 gauntlet and Tony head upgrade kit, looks good, won't have to bother with the inevitable Bandai version.

    The author Sapkowski has never been shy about his dislike for the stories told in the games, he's praised them from a gameplay perspective, but has never been a fan of the original stories CD Projekt Red have come up with. There's a reason he made them set their games FAR into the future beyond the time of his novels, he didn't want them attempting to retell or alter the stories he'd already written. Understandable, but I also like several of the stories told in The Witcher games, they're top notch RPGs IMO, incredibly well made and engaging.

    NOTA Studio Figuarts Endgame Captain America accessories finally showed up. Good quality, very worth it, but he absolutely should've come packaged with at least the hammer. Bandai sucks so you're expected to double dip on a second version to get a proper Endgame Cap, or buy a third party set like this.

    Yeah the Epic thing is a hang up for a lot of folks, it's understandable. I'm sure in time the exclusivity will end. I made sure to start Luigi's Mansions before Dragon Quest, with how I am, that first run for me for Dragon Quest is going to take a looooong time.

    For those that hated Fallout 4 like myself for barely being a Fallout game, or RPG really, Outer Worlds is frakking fantastic, and I highly recommend it to scratch a proper first person RPG itch. I started my second play through last night, quite a brilliant game once again, I made a totally different character that I'm going to play in a totally different way. Also, Luigi's Mansion 3 is amazing, Nintendo nailed it, 10/10 for me personally. Probably my favorite Switch game now, it's fun and the puzzles can be fairly tricky at times.

    I love that there's little winks to the games while still firmly being the story from the first few novels, and Henry is growing on me as Geralt. December 20th? That works for me, I'll gladly watch the Butcher of Blaviken get work done over the holidays :).

    The high profile stuff usually gets finished, yeah, Avengers, Star Wars, MMPR, but more obscure figures and teams get dumped all the time as well. It's why I refuse to buy in on Figuarts Spike and Vicious, there's almost zero chance we'll get anymore figures from that show, and I want the team. Same for many different Sentai teams, Lupin the Third, etc.

    The theory mill is running wild with this series, even as someone who read the original comic, it's hard to figure out what exactly is going on. Some notes and speculation from episode 2: Very interesting so far, the world building is great, the cast is fantastic, and the performances have been solid.

    This, it's the stupid double dip Endgame Cap with hammer and damaged shield, Double Dip Iron Spider that's actually painted metallic and looks better then the Mafex, double dip MK85 with a few more bits and accessories, and Figuarts Rescue. I'm in for Rescue no doubt, maybe Iron Spider for the better paint and gauntlet accessory, and easy pass on the rest.

    Lol basically this. If you're not a fan, you have issues. I'm in for two of these, I got two of the first Freddie, one to open and one for mint. I'm a massive Queen fan, I've spent hefty dollars on two signed albums. I wonder what the odds are of Bandai making any of the rest of the band? I'd imagine there's almost zero chance of that sadly, Bandai doesn't like to finish teams....

    Difference between the Scout and everything else shown off that was display only, those figures were shown like that years ago, the Scout was displayed like that today, so I have zero reason to believe the Scout won't be happening for the next release or so. When it does happen, I'm in for two, that will put my total Regult count, heavy missile type included, at 22 Regults.

    Toyark is a good section, I like that part of the site, and there are indeed quite a few MW members who post in there, but I've noticed for the most part they too stay clear of official threads, especially MP. I think Kuma, Slave IV and a few others post there regularly, those brave souls :). The non-Transformer threads are usually pretty great, it's just the actual Transformers side of the site where the community shows its true colors, MP mostly, other lines have their fights and moments but are usually far more civil. I really don't know what it is about the MP line in particular that brings out the vicious stupidity in people, the world may never know. I've dabbled in Legends threads, Legends people are good people, and modern Legends stuff, particularly third party, is pretty damn impressive.

    I like the alt mode much more then the bot mode, chibi Bee is neat, just not for me, I like as close to real world alt-modes as you can get. Didn't you get MMC Cliffjumper with the chibi alt-mode? Will you be getting MP-45 to go with Cliffie or are you skipping him as well? There's still a lot of impressive engineering going on, there's never any doubt there with Takara, I just really don't like that bot mode. As you mentioned, MP-45 has the same issues I have with MP-44, brilliant silhouette for one angle, complete mess from most others, and way too messy and broken up when posing, especially those knees.

    Mr. Skullface reviews MP-45. Seems he likes some things, and isn't too hot on other things. I still think it's god awful, and you really couldn't pay me its retail cost to put it on my shelf, but it's there for those that want it. I know I may do it too often, but damn, TFW2005's MP community is a frakking mess, wow. Bobby dared put up a review of MP-45 and was slightly critical, so yeah, he's getting trashed in those official MP-45 threads, once again wow, vicious stuff for a supposedly welcoming and respected community. There's one racist, sociopath ass that apparently just doesn't believe in reviews, and you need to know and agree, and then there's everyone else upset that he said mean things about a toy they are all into. Terrible stuff, worse when members like that Dean whatever guy constantly saying it's community is great, and welcoming, and totally friendly, unless you are critical of official Takara MP product, then the vicious stupidity comes out, yikes, what a dumpster fire of a community, and I guess they have no mods, or they're worthless. Crazy stuff, being critical, having issues, that all makes you a whiner, looking for clicks, and a bad person in general, what a terrible site full of terrible "fans". Okay, end rant, for now, I just really can't stand that site and it's MP community, it's not respectable, and there's zero semblance of community or rationality. As per usual, thank the toy gods for MacrossWorld, such a great site, such a great community.
