    Is it wrong that I think the front landing gear actually turning like that is freaking awesome and is totally something Yamato and Arcadia should have been doing since day one???!!!

    Thor Ragnarok was the first movie in a long time that I really enjoyed watching, wish I'd gone to see it in the theater. The Winter Soldier probably stands out as my all time favorite MCU film. It's just that good. Iron Man is a close second. Also enjoyed the first Thor pretty darn well. I love Tom Hiddleston as Loki, we need more Loki.

    Can't freakin wait for December! This is gonna be the new King of VF-1's! And for those of you who missed out on Yamato 1:48's -- other than the cool paint schemes, and the "cool" factor back in the day because there WAS NO 1:60 V2 yet...you're not missing anything..trust me. EDIT - -I will say...I think the Hi Metal R stubby replacement wings have won me over...the new guy's wings just look...way to long now in Battroid....oh well...nitpick.

    I've gotta rework the display stand later this week, it didn't come out well, model is complete though, painted with Tamiya TS spray cans Haze Grey and Flat Black for the solar panels. Tamiya TS Gloss coat, then Tamiya panel line wash, some Flory's Dark Dirt, then gone over again with very light coats of Model Master Light Grey out of the airbrush to kind of blend everything together. Gloss coat with Tamiya TS Gloss for decals and then sealed with Tamiya TS Flat Coat. Next up -- Luke's X-Wing!

    2 weekends on the Tie.. Almost finished. Went the extra mile on this one and did pretty good weathering, panel lines and all the insanely tiny marking decals.

    It's true that only time will tell. No high end manufacturer of Valks these days can claim to be perfect, even in the last 5 years, which is kind of sad when you think about it. Even Arcadia didn't get it right on the 1st two VF-0 releases...Bandai has been almost flawless lately with the DX releases, but you never know when they're gonna have a DOHH moment!
