    The whole Upvote/Downvote thing is stupid and utterly meaningless IMHO. It's something to appease the younger generation I suppose who have to have something to "Like" or "Dislike". Let's just get back to discussing some god*mn Macross toys. FFS. EDIT -- Let's see how many downvotes I get for that!!!

    I'm willing to bet if Arcadia re-released the VT-1 and VE-1 in PF, a lot of folks that weren't around back in Yamato's golden years would bite....due to the insane aftermarket prices of the VE-1 and the ever present exploding shoulders of the original VT-1 Yamato release.

    I've always used the clip on my Yamato's to clip the pack down, it just unfinished in my brain if I don't! That being said, they do become a bit loose over the years in fighter mode, but nothing horrible, and we are talking about toys that are now going on 10 years old!

    I just realized that very fact yesterday while watching @jenius transformation guide for HM-R's while playing around with my VT-1! I never realized the backpack could click down lower in Battroid, it does look much better now! All mine have been wrong for months!

    Can't wait to see if guys come up with funny and awesome vanity plate stickers for that! I'd go with something like ... INVD HNTR or INBT HNTR depending on your Robotech/Mospeada preference

    My question is... Since they are going for this whole "Toon accuracy" thing now, are they actually going to make the upper parts of his legs white or even off white like in ALL the cartoons? All others have always gone grey or some kind of darker metallic look I think. If they do the white that MIGHT push me over the edge to actually get V3. Poseability looks amazing though..

    Thanks for the review! I've been eagerly awaiting this to be released as the normal kit! Can't wait to have a good B-Wing! Yeh, I have noticed on the last couple of Bandai Star Wars kits I've done, the quality is a tiny step down from what it was originally! The scales are laughable! I wish they had done all the ships as 1:48!!!

    Got mine in and just had a few minutes to open it up last night, the color matching parts are noticeable to me, and yeh, I know it's not a "premium figure", but still, they could have done a little better IMHO. Ostrich was never my favorite mech anyway, the ElintSeeker is much cooler, I almost passed on the VT-1, as I already have the Yamato 1:60ver2, but it is what it is at this point. I'm done with HM-R VF-1s unless they bring out a VF-1D. I want Destroids and enemies.
