    Fair point on the red. Like I said, if the ET Toys one was like $150 or less, I'd be all over them.

    I really want to want to want these, but I just can't get over the "cheap" look of the colored plastic, especially for the price. Say what you will about the Masterpiece Toynami's, yes they were crapptastic, but at least the plastic was a darker hue and better looking in my opinion.

    The super rare Yamato 1:48's won't ever be done by Bandai, so if you have those, I 'd hang on to them. Camo, Stealth, Low Vis, Angelbird, etc... The new Bandai version will be leaps and bounds better though in engineering terms.

    Hopefully Bandai has a better solution to keeping the flaps in place on the wings than Yamato did on their 1:48, I think we can all agree, that was one feature we didn't need and it's why the 1:60 Ver2 was liked more. I can't help but feel Bandai sort of hasn't learned from Yamato's mistakes on this one a little bit. That being said, it does look great, and I'll try to get one, the articulation and abundant tampo look great. P.S. -- The stand is huge and fugly IMHO, I'm gonna have to put this on a Yetistand for it to really shine!

    I say you should just watch all them, in the correct order and judge for yourself, it's a good way to kill a lazy Sunday. There are some good parts to the prequels, and some parts we all wish we could never watch again, but they are what they are.

I keep forgetting most of us around here are fossils and Star Wars fans...LOL --- It's Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith, arguably the best of the prequels.     There needs to be some high res pics of every mode, with some gimmicks shown AND A PRICE! Otherwise, I'm gonna have my doubts about loosing sleep in the middle of the night to attempt a pre-order, which honeslty I don't think I have a snowballs chance in ...TX...of getting. (It's 112 here today)

    Yeh, that's what I used this morning to try on round 2, but this time I drew a "safe" outline in black sharpie before I went to work. Attempt 2 came out better, so now I just have to VERY carefully file or sand down the parts to fit...which is easier than it sounds. I dunno...I have a bad feeling about these cockpits looking right..to bad I already sealed the gear doors and sent the landing gear to NZEOD in New Zealand or I would seriously reconsider doing open canopies!

    In today's episode of "what seems like the longest build in the history of the world".. we have a light grey base coat going down. Also attempted to cut out the cockpit clear parts yesterday.. I got soooo close, and then trimmed a bit to much... LOL..I have one more set to go..then I'm screwed and this will go up on the For Sale forums.. LOL?
