I never liked these colors for G2 Swoop and Sludge. The other G2 Dinobots are a muted green, blue and red. These are too bright and gaudy and look out of place with the other three. These would go well with the tiger stripe Grimlock. I don’t say the colors are bad looking, just that they don’t look like a cohesive group.- 17807 replies

Ugh, the gaudy color schemes are the biggest turn off for me concerning G2. I'm happy with my G1 versions. Cool for those who like G2, though.- 17807 replies

No, Cruiser mode only was ever displayed There was a 1/1800 SDF-1 in Storm Attacker mode from DYRL in 2015, along with the DX precursor VF-1J https://tamashiiweb.com/column/39/?wovn=ja

Is there pictures of that in attack mode?

Regarding the almost mythical SDF-1 prototype: two things. 1). Just make sure to keep the Bandai design team that worked on the YF-21 and the VF-17S as far away from this as possible. 2). An easy and simple preorder process would be nice for once. Wishful thinking on my part, I know. But that prototype was the one Macross item that genuinely excited me.

They've pushed DX VF-1 variants to 39000 yen (the GBP Focker)....so a large scale SDF-1 is going to be double that I bet

…the new one is way way more articulated and with weaponry. The old one can only pull off ‘standing there’. Like it okay if a bit obscure, just thankful to know what it is
-
In case you ever wanted another shot at the Alseides, Moderoid did a more recent version that has a bit better articulation

Nice and grimy Looks really awesome. Love the little ones. The big one was a bit of a pain with odd fitting and some parts that felt a little warped and such, glad to see this version actually does look superior Nice Black Bird and buddy. It’s always right to get those dark ones looking good for camera and they’re lookin pretty good

Specifically, I think it is a Bandai 1996 "LM (Limited Model)" non-scale model kit of the Alseides from the anime Escaflowne.

I had them send out a new stand since the first one I got was a little messed up. It took about a month to receive but this was all before the tariff mess. -
Something tells me this is not going to be sold for 3,980円 like the original units where either...🤪

For me it was the little piece that slides in the nosecone, must have pinched it during transformation. One tiny piece and I've been dealing with my approved claim for many months, hope you have better luck than me!
