That’s a pretty wide gap for a modern kit. Maybe Academy should go back to the Academy for a refresher
-
That the Landing mode (Standby Mode) on the FATTY is different, was clear! That people can't transform the models properly was the only thing I was trying to conveyed in my previous post!

And a Merry Christmas to you as well!

Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄 🤶 🤗!!! Over here, unfortunately I have to report that the mating together of the two halves of the BUFF hasn't gone smoothly. Seriously Academy??? In this day and age? I mean yeh, it's a 2020 model, but still... I've seen better fits on Testors kits from the 80s. Uhhggg. Lots of putty, sanding and rescribing (which I'm NOT good at at all) in my future I'm afraid.

Hope you’re all having a joyus holiday with family and friends. And I hope you were good this year and received lots of Valkyries under your tree.

The Odyssey looks pretty good. I'd trust Nolan for a good film. And I liked Clash of the Titan (not the sequel)so if it is at least as good as that, I'll be happy.

Why can we not see who has liked a post?
Big s replied to Chas's topic in MW Site News & Member Feedback
I thought the same for a long while, but it could be a thing to keep an identity safe in case one member makes a somewhat controversial comment and someone else likes what was said without having to be tied into the possible controversy. Something like a mildly political comment can get a warning and maybe a member agrees with what is said, but doesn’t want to get a warning or something or get tied into that as their belief as an example. There are also silent members that don’t really join the conversations or make any posts possibly just due to shyness and don’t exactly feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, so they may just use the like to keep it a simple bit of anonymous support for a post. No controversy involved, just a bit of not being as social as others -

I mean I could understand concealing the identity if it were an up/down vote, but what is the down side of a member knowing it was me who liked their post? Or me knowing whi h mem ers liked a post I made? It just seemes an odd decision to hide this information behind the word 'Somebody' - i.e. 'Somebody liked a post'. Has identifying people who liked a post caused some sort of trouble in the past? Just curious.

I totally stopped watching that show after the third season. Felt like it was trying way too hard or something

Oddly the fatty has a slightly different look to the downformprobably just has to keep the thigh down flat and a couple extra bends here and there.

The panels that have to be pushed in to transform in to Landing Mode (Standby Mode) can only be done when the legs are fully extended! I'm sure Bandai tested this thoroughly before release.... Mine won't come till mid January so until then can't say anything further, But since I saw lots of pictures, off even the Scopedog not being transformed properly into standby mode, I say they are probably missing something!? Correct! Incorrect... Incorrect!... Incorrect... Mine correct! and the hands are not touching the ground! The ATM-09-ST deos Standby Mode perfectly, but you need some time to do it properly since the joints are very stiff! I'm sure something wasn't extended properly to close the panels that's needed to be able to transform the fatty into (Standby Mode)!

I love Lendy's designs. His chibi Vf-1s are cool, too. Supported this and hope it reaches 10K in record time and then gets chosen. This, I believe, will be the third VF-1 submission to Ideas (I believe Lendy had one before this a few years back), so it's time it got the greenlight. FYI, Lendy also submitted the Voltron model that got made into a set.
