zeo-mare
here it is along side the MK II to show you the size of it. it is a incredible piece and one of the neatest Fixes they have put out so far, some of the parts however in the Xi mode have a tendency to fall off due to the fact they just slide on over existing parts and have no pegs the dragon is also a bitch to put together, but it is still a eye opener. zeo-mare
i think you could use the normal Xi armor for the backside if you want it is similar to the front skirt armor. chris

zeo-mare
i definetly agree about the Escaflowne. well i just got my first HCM Pro in today i like these a real lot i am going to get the Nemo and Rick Dias next. my only real gripe is that i will be spending more money out of my pocket. Black Valkyrie
They look nice but to small for my taste and I`m not in the mood to collect a new MSG category, then I have to buy same figures/kits all over again but any way I`ll stick with HGUC and MSIA-EMSIA. I`m gonna order this kit : Edited June 4, 2005 by Black Valkyrie

Jolly Rogers
is that the new chrome version? Yep Looks more like the cheap spray coating than chrome to my eyes. I doubt Bandai even bothered to redo the mold so the pegs connecting from the frame to the parts is underneath the part instead of on the side of the part, leaving obnoxious, uncoated areas upon assembly... That should have been standard after they made the Hyaku Shiki kit that way.

Beltane70
Glad to see that the Xi Gundam is out. Too bad it came out at the end of May, after I already left Japan. Thanks to a friend that is going later this month, I'll be getting mine in about 3 weeks or so.

zeo-mare
i love it. you just went and made this morning great. Freedom Gundam i hope they make a Strike Gundam as well chris Edited June 6, 2005 by zeo-mare
thedarkmarine
From the schematics, that FIX Freedom looks like it can turn into the Stirke Freedom. Note the long skirt on the butt. Edited June 6, 2005 by thedarkmarine
Anubis
I think the Strike Freedom is a separate release. It has a different UPC code and it looks like the Cosmic Region # is different. It looks like 7003, but I thought that was supposed to be the Destiny? That, and the Freedom's base would have reflected if it could become something else, which it doesn't. GRAND CANNON
You're right. The Strike Freedom will be CR's third release and it was originally reported as being the Destiny.
Fort Max
You'd have to swap all of the joints to make it Strike Freedom, I dont think convertable figures is going to be a feature of this line. If it were, they coudl have made the Impulse a must buy by packing with three sets of armour panels and every weapon.
zeo-mare
i figured the series was going to be for seed and seed destiny. i wish they would do alittle more for it i would love to have the configurable armor, a Aegis, Justice and Knight gundam would be great as would a nice Zaku Warrior. chris

Have they EVER bothered to do that with any of their originally non-chrome kits? Dunno, I stopping buying a few years ago as you know. However, given their propensity to release color-coated and crystal variants, you'd think they'd make such molding standard practice once they've developed the molding design to avoid these eyesores. wolfx
Regretable that the shield has to go under the elbow for the Freedom CR. Doesn't allow for some better poses since its tucked under the elbow. Anyway I already got the MG kit...so i won't be getting another Freedom anytime soon. The GM and ver. Ka RX79 looks great though! No gouf pictures yet? the white drew carey
You know, I've always been a fan of the GMs, I love the grunts!!! The GM version of this GFF makes it much more desireable than the actual Gundam version. Hooray.
