I mean, Nick Cage and Spider-Man Noir are cool, but I'm keeping my expectations low.  They may be pumping up Amazon's involvement, but this is still a Sony thing, just like Venom, Morbius, Kraven, Madame Web, and the unreleased-but-apparently-still-coming Silk: Spider Society.

Yeah, but the look is already far better than those projects and I don’t think the timeline will get as much of that trash mixed in at all. Plus, even bad Nick Cage is kinda entertaining

Could be really good. PRIME has the best comic book series (animated Invincible & live action THE BOYS) on streaming imho.

Basically what I was thinking as well. I’m sure it won’t have that level of brutality, but I think it has a lot of potential and possibly could end up the best live action spider man project

Nah, they’ve been talking about live action for over a year. Just hoping it’s great. Amazon does have some good shows, and a couple stinkers. But I feel like it’s more hit than miss

This looks great. Definitely gonna go for the black and white. As long as it’s as entertaining as the preview, I’ll definitely do a color rewatch though. Cage seems very Cage here and definitely gives the character an edge and he gets plaaasterrred….

Two points.

#1 Just realized this is the second Marvel live action comic book hero that Nic Cage is starring as. First was Ghost Rider but this role seems more fitting. 

#2 If this series is good then it solidifies my opinion that PRIME has the best live action (THE BOYS) and animated comic book series (Invincible) on streaming.

The trailer definitely has my interest.  I'm not saying I'm going to watch it, but it's intriguing.

Prime is getting a couple of good things with this and Ghost in the Shell (and Fist of the North Star).

Don’t forget Awsome movies like Turbo Kid and Hundreds of Beavers. But totally agree about the shows since Fallout was also great. And they got some interesting classics as well.

Also it might be strange if Amazon puts out the best Marvel content, Wonderman is such a drag and most of D+ marvel stuff ranges from terrible to meh, but nothing so far has really been great.
