The froating head is the creator, he can't be the mascot, it needs to be an animal or simple robot or something. My suggestion: The Petie Cola machine or the trash collection robot seen in DYRL. I have to second that one. Agent One's right though, you cant make the creator the mascot, it just doesn't fit. The froating head is best suited for forum post appearances with creative quotes attached to his picture. "Die HG Scum!", and etc. The buddy valk though would be cool. Or the buddy Britai/Exedol.
