Solo: A Star Wars Story, in theaters May 25, 2018

Just a rumor so far but sounds like a good idea to me.  Disney really ought to think about this more than "X character is cool, we need an origin story!"

I enjoyed the movie and saw it twice at the cinema.

I didn’t realize how forgettable it was until I watched that honest trailer. I didn’t think it was bad, but very meh.

I bought it on digital. When it was in theaters, I was looking to give it a pass; but I ended up actually enjoying it. I'm into Star Wars- but not a die hard; and I thought it captured the whole smuggler/ criminal, space pirate faction that happens in the background of the rebels vs the empire.

Having just watched it again over the weekend I have to agree.  It is not bad, just meh.

It was a good movie, for me Chewie and the Falcon is enough.

Yeah, it wasn't bad while it lasted, just completely forgettable. Probably the epitome of an unnecessary movie.

I picked up the steelbook blu-ray on Tuesday. 

I've been looking forward to watching it again, myself. This and Rogue One are my favorites from the new era Star Wars films, although I haven't been disappointed by any of them, if I'm being honest. It's just that the "story" films have done a better job of drawing on my nostalgia.

It  was  a good enough movie.  Better IMO than that turd known as TLJ.  May be they should've called it, TLTRJGTD (The Last Time Rian Johnson Gets To Direct)

Anyway, it was likeable enough.  But apparently, not according to the accounts employed by Sideshow Bob,.   So, slowing things down.
