    Thanks azrael, Uxi, that actually makes pretty good sense on the MKII Vipers,.I'm one of those sticklers for detail and kept thinking these Vipers look slightly different, but still really cool and love the different squadron markings. Took a bit of getting used too not the seeing MK VII's though as they haven't been built yet.

    Dumb question but I though I would ask, are these the same MK II Vipers from the previous BSG series or a slightly different design or variant? (Besides the different Squadron colors) The main intakes, Engine exhausts are not the same and even the canopy seem slightly more rounded.

    Having a 1/48 scale VF-1D is about as kick-Ass as it gets, this one now holds the Title of "Holy Grail" KiriK = Lucky SOB!! EXO = Super talented painter & Sculptor!! The Capt = Scratch build master and more VF-1D kits need to be made! (Seriously)

    Like Duke said, if you've read the book (x3 for me) the previews tell you the movie will deviate in many ways from Author Max Brooks novel. And your right, have I seen the movie yet? of course not, no one has yet. I'm sure Brad Pitt will be awesome and the movie will be alot of fun, still if you can find the time get the book and read away, one of my Top 10 favorite books ever!!

    Unbelievable how heavily armed the Galactica was compared to how we saw in the first series! They weren't kidding in the Miniseries when they said most of her armor was stripped off.

    I've never read the comic before (sorry I'm guilty of that) if the series really is staying true to the comics and what ever conclusions or confrontations happen between Rick and Governor dear God please use Spoiler tags!!!
