    Something I just watched (for god knows what reason): 1990's Frankenstein Unbound!!! This is by far the worst thing I've ever seen related to Frankenstein/Frankenstein's monster; and I'm including Van Helsing in that statement.

    yeah, that's why I've been waiting to get one... that's totally the reason. I don't know if it's a certainty, but I really want it to happen. I love the Reactive Armor so much.

    I kinda want to get leader SS but I just haven't felt like spending that kind of money on a transformer. I don't know. The Mech Tech thing is kind of silly; but at the same time it speaks to me in the language of comically over-sized weapons.

    converter boxes, convert cables, anything that converts 1 plug to another type of plug. stuff never works right and I hate having to get more damn cables every time I buy something. Also things that make pretentious noises to tell you that they've done something.

    My first point was that the translated blurb made that sketchley posted made it sound like they were going to be reprinting some art that was published in the first volume already, which sounded disappointing to me given that he has 6 years worth of new material that could be published instead of stuff already printed IN THE PREVIOUS VOLUME. My second point was that his chronicle illustrations, while fine for a weekly publication, could use some sprucing up if they're going to be including in an expensive art book like this along side his other excellent work. In other words, what you said verbatim and without the defensive, butt-hurt nerd rage.

    If they do include Chronicle illustrations in this I hope he goes back and works on them some more. Of the one's I've seen, his Chronicle pieces are a lot rougher than his hase box art.

    I think the visor itself is supposed to be flat when viewed strait on, but the bezel around it projects forward to a point so that from top down angles it looks like it's scowling.

    I would assume they're a pair of lift fans driven by some sort of electrical motor. They just seem too flat to fit a full jet engine (even OTM engines) and given the transformation I don't see how you could run a shaft from the engines to the VTOL fans.

    Personally I like Vangelus' videos because they're much better shot and edited than bulk of toy reviews on Youtube, also I find them pretty funny. Peaugh is pretty much the go-to guy for informative TF reviews but he can be a bit boring.

    DX=TRANSFORMING TOY The 1/100 model kit which has it's own thread does not transform, because some people like fighter modes that don't have all the visible seams and joints needed for transformation mucking up the appearance of the jet.

    I think we should all keep in mind that the the modded WAVE battroid head is a terrible sculpt that is not at all accurate to the design seen in the manga. the head should actually look more like this: That said, I voted no as I'm actually a little burn out on VF-1's overall. Now I'd be all over some new Valks from Macross the Ride.

    I've never actually watched any Rainbow Brite myself, but I had a friend in high school who absolutely love it. He also used to smoke a lot of pot.

    I so want it to be that last one. BTW; the "suction system" bits are directly above two circular openings on the chest in battroid mode. Perhaps they're related?

    Can they just make it so "comic relief" character means he get's blown up and lit on fire and thrown out of moving vehicles a lot? I'd like that >

    I take it that means a good chunk of the art is just stuff from the last book slightly re-touched. also the last one was 124 pages...
