Regarding the almost mythical SDF-1 prototype: two things. 1). Just make sure to keep the Bandai design team that worked on the YF-21 and the VF-17S as far away from this as possible. 2). An easy and simple preorder process would be nice for once. Wishful thinking on my part, I know. But that prototype was the one Macross item that genuinely excited me.

Is it bad that I’d rather see something like @nightmareB4macross’s super-updated, super-articulated, filled to the gills with cool features 1/55 chunky instead? I get the intent of the release, but it would have been cool if they added a few more new articulation points and features.

Technically, they’re from Star Wars: Rebels. But Ahsoka was kinda a continuation of Rebels, and four of the characters in the pic already appeared in Ahsoka Season 1.
