Harold and Kumar was so much better than Dude, Where's My Car, it's hard to describe. It was everything good about DWMC without all the bad. The writing and jokes were much better, and the characters were much more likable. ANd this is coming from someone who really liked DWMC.

Yes, it's the loudmouth that hangs around with Takumi. He gets himself an AE85 Levin on the first season, but even at Fourth Stage, he still can't drift. That's not true at all! In the end of Second Stage, he learns to drift, and, after that, does it quite well.

I'm number two on the "Never seen it" list. Not sure why, I guess I just never had a chance to see it. For that matter, I've never seen any of the Ailen series, either. Maybe I'll pick up the Predator SE when it hits stores.

you should get the japanese megablock kits. (I dont think they are megablocks) but they have awesome transforming robots that look cool in robot mode. Liek gundams sort of.(very loosely associated with not close to resembling gundams but that proportional look) Thay have those here. (At least, they did for a while) I've got a couple of them around somewhere.

Actually, you're in trouble. The GF4MX is actually on par with a GF2. My MX wouldn't play BF1942, it's never gonna play Doom III. I'm gonna have to get my Radeon 9600XT working pretty soon...

It didn't get dragged under by the barges, it got dragged under by the current after letting the barges float under the bridge ahead of it. It then crashed into the barges on the other side, while the captain who was still on the boat, tried to regain control. Oh, did it? They mentioned that one of the barge ropes hadn't been untied when the boat went under.

Well, if you're gonna go into non-anime, the Empire has to be way up on the list....

There's absolutely no reason to use US planes with odd paintschemes. After all, does anyone doubt that the air combat in this movie will be pure CGI?

Looks awesome! One thing I'd suggest, though, slap a light wash or something on Hikaru, his plastic is too bright and pure white to look right with the rest of the valk.

I think I can sum up how good the MPC Alpha really is. I went in expecting a piece of crap. I left with a 100% intention of buying one. Features like the 2-part (like on an F-15) opening cockpit, the leg missile hatches, the way the wings fold in Battloid and Guardian (Don't know what terms are used in Mospeada), all were great features. It defenitely has as much diecast content as a 1/60 Yamato (Slightly less overall weight, but it's quite a bit smaller than the Yamato) The plastic is a huge improvement, with a texture and color very similar to that of the Yammie 1J. The color and application of the paint were also excellent. Hell, even the pilot figure is quite nice looking! (Not quite as good as the 1/48, but certainly better than 1/72 Guld!)

I often wonder if the same compaines shortpacking items that are in high demand keep their own stocks of the same items, to sell on ebay under pseudonyms. Think about it, maybe that 750 dollar bookend set is actually being sold by HG themselves. Knowing them, after all, I wouldn't be surprised...

No, I get that, I'm talking about the cosplay. I've got the Gold Frame kit around here somewhere, I think, actually. The gold frame shows up in the Manga, actually, IIRC. I'll have to dig up my old copies of Gundam Ace.

Personally, I think the Gundam loses some of it's character in the transition to MP / PG. I honestly think the best rendition of it is the Kado Senshi chogokin version. That goes for the Zaku as well.

Anyone have any idea what was up with that gold Astray? It looks quite similar to the red one, but not quite the same. What I'm wondering is whether the guy built his Astray with switchable colored pieces.

I'm not hugely thrilled by the game, but it's still fun. The main thing that bugs me is that the game won't let me play online. (Keeps saying I've got a bad connection) However, playing Soldner, it completely strikes me as one of those games that will b egreat after a couple patches. I'd like Joint Ops, but it's a subscription fee game. By the way, the building damage in Soldner is somewhat locational. If you shoot a house with a rocket launcher, it will blow a hole in the wall where the rocket landed.
