    Some are complaining it's more accurate to GvMegaguirus than 2000, but I love it enough to want to get it. It's not high-priced either. Similar to the '54 poster one, I hear.

    Bridge seems to be a more-detailed new casting in harder plastic. Seems no PF for the foreseeable future.

    Bandai got pretty far with it, and have rolled it out two or three times already. They know the questions begin once more when it's displayed again, so I do wonder if they are indeed trying to do it for real. I just think the sales model might need to be like KC, or the TT Star Trek releases as of late with it being crowdfunded to get off the ground.

    The way Mr K talks about the SDF-1 reissue ("last time at this price", etc.) sounds like it's not priced to make a profit. First ever altruistic Macross release?

    I thought about it, especially due to the hardened bridge, but as low as it is, it's still it's a lot for that alone. A PF, though...*sigh*

    I asked this. We'll see what he says. Someone else asked the obvious question about buying the bridge alone. (Wish I had asked in case they only do it once.)

    If you didn't think I wasn't considering buying this for that, or that I still wasn't, you'd be wrong. Still, a lot for a new bridge alone. Damn, I wish it were the PF even more now.

    Exactly what I had thought, but with the PF. Considering the price here for this reissue, an uptick for all that couldn't be a deal-breaker. It would be a dream buy for a DYRL version.

    I see nothing explicit in that article or advert that there is a design difference, and we know from Arcadia themselves it's not a PF. If there is an update, I would like to know asap, though.

    I'd be all over this if I didn't have the Yamato (Which is essentially the same). That's what I would have gone all in on right now. Just imagine what the price might have been if this runs $260. I could have, and would have, ordered that one.
