Im looking forward to the Hiro vs Peter showdown. Back in series one in the future episode where all mutants are hunted down by the goverment and Sylar is the president, didnt he have a scare on his face. IIRC everyone at the time questioned this as why would he if he can regenerate. Maybe fighting Hiro in Zerotime, he can get hurt and it not heal quite right. So thats how the scar is there. Therefore the future as we saw it then is still set in that aspect anyhow. So Sylar will get his powers back

Most of the differences are to do with line art interpretation but the plastic is thicker on the Bandai and they just feel a little more toy like, But most kits from that era feel like that so theres no harm in that. The Hasegawa kits are really well detailed and the plastic is slightly softer so easier to sand and fill etc, they also are far more articulated than the Bandai equivalents.

I have the TF generations books and they are great other toy MF`s have done similar so why not Yamato I even like the Box Art Hasegawa one by Tenjin Hidetaka and thats only paintings etc. Bring it on I say. We could put together some good pictures, as a concept, after all there are quite a few here who are good with a camera. Then next time The G Man goes over to Yamato for afternoon tea he can float the idea to them.

I feel kinda down again now after seeing it. The whole downlad the torrent one night watch it the next was just like the "old days" now I have to wait till next year for more BSG I do want more Old Centruion action though if they can weave in more of the old guys into the plot then great, a bit like rouge units, lost outposts or the BSG version of the Deciples of Skaro.

Thanks Graham Mixed opinions already about this one, but I say more Marcross is Good Macross wether I buy it or not. Sooner or later someone will make the wow toy/model and theres more chance of that the more stuff thats made.

My old Boss used to be in the RAF and worked on the early Tornado planes and it`s predessors each time they had a flight group in for upgrades the stuff they put back in took up less room. I remeber him telling me that one such upgrade made the plane not handle right acording to the Fly boys and they ended up packing the space with the equivalent in lead weight to rebalance the plane. He did tell me of one plane (I forget which) that the new engines and targeting etc gave then the ability to add more ammo cages or strap even more ordanance to it and it would still fly as well as before. But most air groups just opted for weighs less will fly faster method insted.

Yup old pre issue is ok I did the same thing a while ago to a Jetfire. No scars and he`s doing fine.

Ahh!! VF action. Subtle variant making whats not available. I`d aways thought that Angel 1 would have been an S anyhow keeping with the whole Squad group thing. They would probably be like the Red Arrows an active combat group thats painted up in show colors, but as soon as war comes they get the combat colors painted on and bombs strapped on etc. The question would be what would the Angels combat colours look like.
