  1. NO... DONT change the pics. I love this size and scale comparo! And the figures are well done.
  2. I have one Retppu and on Flashback 2010
  3. lol Airbags?? Really?? I had no idea! No into Gundams even though I grew up in the age of Jovian Chronicles mecha which I REALLY liked, but damn the Giant Gundam is detailed really well!
  4. giant step from opening doors and folding wings to full transforming 1/72 scale planes After all that same F14 should then beable to deploy flaps, brakes, open the canopy, open and restrict the exhaust nozzles and fold away its undercarriage. Yet in this scale... they dont. Usually because they arent toys and you can instead buy those same parts aftermarket to represent each form from places like Edaurds. Another MASSIVELY important point would be the F14 is real. So then engineeringly sound and able to alter the parts that move. The Transforming Planes... are fiction... and have never been proven or built to actually be able to do what they do in the cartoon. So making a model do it in a realistic fashion and still maintain detail would perhaps be beyond the marketing targets and budgets of Bandai?
  5. ... Komatsu...
  6. All those little extras you added have blended in well and nothing looks like it shouldn't be there. Nice!!
  7. It will be running conductive silver thread for the wiring hidden within the cloth weave to the LEDs. Just take a few photos of where the connections go to and from the LED modules for when you rewire. I doubt you'll be able to remove them with the silver wires intact so some rewiring will be needed.
  8. See... the key is... its a model, not a toy, so it shouldnt need to transform. Or be handled once assembled and displayed. I agree on the Regults and Glaug. Just finished my Regult and halfway through building/destroying the Glaug for a display with it having been gunned down and fallen through a motorway overpass... they are NOT pretty kits to assemble! Mine are the ARII ones.
  9. I used them to spin the Brass Photo Etch Vulcan cannons. 1000rpm is about perfect!
  10. I'm going to go with... Wave Tomahawk, Bandai VF-1, ARII Regult

  12. hmmm... Twinkie launcher? Make the plane an ES-11ADV A drone controller for a couple of Ghosts as close protection would be cool.
  13. nice
  14. Haha I just googled who that was and OHHHHHHHH now I recognize that guy... he seems to adorn a lot of my IPSC practice targets along with a few others.
  15. Arent those the Countermeasures packs on either side of the arrestor hook? They get reloaded as a complete unit like a cassette. Hence the rectangular housings.
  16. But the Wave one will be WAY more detailed and be easily modded for Arduino control with sounds, lighting and servos.
  17. On a mission for find antagonists for my Street Fight dioramas and have the Glaugs and Regults now. What I need next is actual Macronised Zentraedi and Meltrandi... then I found these two 3d printed figures... Most of you may have guessed what these two figures are, or who they are but I think they would make brilliant more realistic modernised Zent soldiers than what the Amine shows. they come in 28mm, 54mm and 210mm scale... but I'm hoping with some money thrown Latvias way (thats where they are made) that they may print off some 118 - 138mm ones for me to cover an 8.5m to 9m tall 1/72 Meltran and a 9.5m to 10m tall 1/72 Zentran.
  18. WOW!!! That Strike Lightning!!
  19. I use Buyee.jp and haven't had any issues yet
  20. yeah... having an irate Tech standing on the boom arguing with a Destroid pilot standing on the shoulder of his machine would be cool!
  21. Why are you asking about car parts here? Think you joined the wrong forum today

  24. Well now THERES an offer of help that you cant ignore! So, you're talking about taking that 3D design he comes up with and passing it through a CNC to mill out an Ali Injection Mold to get a sprue like a Hasegawa kit? Now THAT would be next level Jason!
  25. Cool8or... i REALLY need your help too... please PM me.
