  1. I wonder do NY and GGinfinite have wholesale order arrangements with Tamashii Webstore. Otherwise, NY will need to have a billion addresses to make the restricted orders.

If Arcadia goes down, then there will be no 1/60 SV-51 v2 and the next best potential toy would be 1/100 Hi Metal. I would also like to see an Armoured VF-11 if Hi Metal goes Macross 7, but I think only time will tell if they even decide to go outside of Original Macross and then current TV series. Maybe the Macross II VF-22S will be used to test the waters and they might only do protagonist VFs of the spin off series.
  3. The next mystery is whether the HG Teiwaz will get inner frames. Chances are we will also get a 1/100 Graze Kai but don't think we will get all the extra weapons in 1/100, otherwise people would have no incentive to buy the 1/144 line. If it sells well, they may wait for an MG to release Barbatos's signature mace.
  4. Oh wow, it said it had reached target capacity already. Does that mean NY never got any stock? YJA price has now gone up to 29-30k from 25-27k a day ago. I got mine 26800 yen pre ordered from YJA before Tamashii Nation. This was very interesting because the YJA price was unchanged and only went as low as 25k when the web shop release was announced. Meanwhile, I am looking at the Aldnoah Zero KG-7 Areion Space Type which is a Miyazawa distribution exclusive. Historically, I don't see HLJ stocking any of them. All these distribution chain exclusives might mean only certain retailers affiliated with them will stock them.
  5. Reminds me of the Yamato 2199 Megahouse Domelaze III and the 1/1000 model kit.
  6. This report said the Chinese tourists were to blame for all the Destiny Heine purchases at Tamashii Nation 2015. They said they usually come in families and those Mandarin speaking people in the queue had a ratio of 7:3 compared to Japanese. http://tobiuo72.blog41.fc2.com/blog-entry-1694.html Come to think of it, some of the YJA sellers had a Chinese user name. The guy also reported that since no staff spoke Mandarin, the Chinese shoppers took a lot of time. But when I went to Japan, I still utilised my intermediate Japanese to get an autograph with Okawara merely by signing up interest for the Threezero Ninja figure. Red Frame was up on AE and opened for both the MS and the flight pack, but it was gone in 1 minute after I refreshed it. LOL, I actually left a page open on my browser with the flight pack and the preorder button still enabled before the sold out status was updated and I was still able to add into the cart and make the order, but cancelled it at my own discretion.
  7. If they were to make a DYRL version, they would need a completely new mould.
  8. The arms don't look detachable but oh well.
  9. Would like to get both TV and potential DYRL version to depict two ships of line.
  10. Wished. Given that I've seen him in person in real life, I would have to get his figure. Next thing is to super impose his autograph onto the Hot Toys box.
  11. I can see why Mobile Suits are expensive and regarded as a high value unit as their Ahab reactor wave enhanced armor minimises the damage of projectile weapons to a great extent. I am still praying for no MS beam weapons even in the second half.
  12. Now I am scared that Arcadia will throw in the towel and not release the armor pack and the SV-51 v2s.
  13. That looks like the Nakano one to me. I remember seeing SV-51 for 20k.
  14. Currently both the 1/1800 Macross and 1/700 mini figures are branded as Micro Macross. If the brand doesn't go through. I would expect the Macross to be released under the Soul of Chogokin line and the 1/700 figures will just come with it, like how the Iron Gear and Ideon had mini figures. Maybe Bandai will scale it down to 1/3000.
  15. I want the Micro Macross line to get released. Don't think we would get Zentradi ships though, but maybe Vajra and Vajra ships? The scales may be compatible with the Chogokin Macross Quarter.

Wow, this scale actually gives people incentive to buy three copies for all three modes. I doubt I would do it though.
  17. I am expecting Delta to have feminist undertones like Sailor Moon. Females are good and males are bad.
  18. With the Full Armor MK-II being planned, I am hoping that they rerelease all those Z-MSV from GFF. I would get the FA MK-III and FA Hyakushiki Kai in a heartbeat. Barzam Kai is already one of those. More ZETA MSV PLEASE! I don't care if they delay the S Gundam for life. Expect tons of stock of the ANIME Gundam and Zaku. Main characters RDs tend to be overstocked(see Freedom, G-Self, Unicorn, Vilkiss). The only preorder madness RD was the Kshatriya which was overstocked in the after market though.
  19. So far i prefer Bandai's styling more than Yamato's. This 1/35 appears to be an upscaled version of the HI-Metal plus better joint design. They will still need shorter wings and hopefully the first retractable nose cone to match the battroid lineart.

The fact that Bandai is going all out with 80s and 90s Macross signals that there is going to be a divide between classic fans and Delta fans. The Delta designs don't appeal to me too much yet and until the super parts are revealed. If I had to choose one line, I will stick with some Hi-Metal, some Arcadia if they are to continue, and Bandai's 1/35.

Interestingly, the Armored VF-1J is in TV colours. It says pick 3 to vote. So pretty much the releases up to Glaug are confirmed and the rest are still pending. This means they are not able to go for a character exhaustive lineup.
