Ha, so BiJ really did find a way to get their Mark up... Guess I'll think twice in the future about how badly I need to get an item quick before I pull the trigger there . Too bad CDJ isn't doing exclusives regularly.

Just got my shipped notice. Man, KitzConcept Dark VF-1S arrived today, my VF-31 armored parts are already in San Francisco, my KitzConcept Rick figure shipped, Arcadia's SV-51 and Sentinels VR-041 due soon, and then the Max TV DX VF-1A?? CRAZY TIMES AHEAD!

They must do actual post + mark-up and I'd guess they're really sticky on that mark-up for TWE items since the mark-up they make on the actual good is very small. They guessed the item would weigh 1.75kg to get to 5,200¥ which is kooky dooks. Instead of canceling, did they offer changing the shipping method to SAL?

I have Spotify premium which includes Hulu so I only want one other streaming service. I have HBO right now but I'll cancel it when I finally slog through Game of Thrones.

My video review of the 31E is currently processing and probably addresses these, should be live in like a half hour. No need to wait though, here's the answers: 1) The radome collapses so there's tons of room between it and the tarmac. I have a scan of the instruction manual up already on my VF-31 review and it shows the configuration the radome should be in to get the most clearance. 2) Yes, when the radome is folded properly it won't extend far enough down to interfere with the adapter.

Star trek, like Star wars, is too long in the tooth, and it's fans too dogmatic. Any new media will trip over itself immediately. Fans want something that is right with the universe but the universe itself was glued together largely of the writing convenience of prior shows. That was the brilliance of the first reboot movie's time shenanigans... It's just too bad the writing around those shenanigans was so weak.

As I recall, Arad has a flashback of having a custom VF-31A before joining Delta. I think that's our best hope for the time being and not unreasonable given that Arad's 31 toy sold like hot cakes after the armored parts were announced... and the armored parts also seem to have sold very well. Other long shots are that the Macross Delta 2: Paint with the Colors of the Wind will have more 31As in it. Alto got a 171 so I wouldn't put a hero 31A out of the realm of possibility.
