I always like the Ertl Force One die-cast fighter jets with removable missiles and retractable landing gear. I imagine they were around 1/100 scale. Check them out here.

This is one of those shows that never get an unbiased review, because it's so cool to trash it. If you like old-school, trashy anime for the guns, tits, violence, and explosions, MD Geist is perfectly enjoyable. I can think of plenty old OAVs that are far worse (Crystal Triangle, Dog Soldier, Root Seach, etc).

I watched Gunbuster a little while ago and I have a question. What's with the science of Gunbuster? They talk about ether in space, which is an old, disproved theory. Is that a joke? Are the science lessons there to teach fake science or real science? They just confused me. The idea of black-hole powered technology is awesome, by the way.

I liked Macross 7 a lot, but the first few episodes were hard to get past. After "Planet Dance" the music is pretty good, and I rather enjoyed the stories and characters, even though there were too many episodes. Ahh yeah, MAXL in the mother f***** hizzouse! As ridiculous as a valk with boobs is, I'd just have to buy one, because it's just so...ridiculous, I guess. Then again, I like M7 for that same reason.

This really sucks balls. I don't have any Beagles because I'd rather pay my mortgate, but I was planning on getting them as soon as fiscally possible. I might have to just bite the bullet real quick like and buy the two that are out.

Wow. You're lucky you're not in jail. I wish I could get away with some stuff like that. EDIT: I got banned from JoeCustoms.com. One of the mods there runs his own Joe news sites, advertises, and gets money for hyping Joe toys. Whenever I would share my criticisms in threads on new toys, that particular mod would come in and get all butt-hurt and complain about how we were all whiny idiots for not liking every newcrap toy with the Joe logo. So I sent a PM to another dude there, and we talked about how we thought the mod was biased. So then the site owner sent me a PM, quoting my PM that he had intercepted and read himself, and told me to "Please leave" the forums. Because I had shared a private opinion about a moderator being biased in a private message. Since the site owner was kind of a dick anyway, I instead posted his PM in a public thread and let everyone know he was reading everyone's private messages. And told him to kiss my ass and ban me instead of being a pussy and asking me to leave. So I was banned. I just re-registered with another name and email, but I don't go there anymore. That's why I love mods like EXO so much. He's got a rad sense of humor, admits his own faults, and really tries to be fair. And he doesn't interfere over petty stuff. Shawn and Graham are also very polite, unlike other site admins who will go unmentioned. *CoughBEAVcough*
