Thanks! Too bad my work blocks all the pics. I'm thinking of getting one and doing a real low-key color scheme, like white black and gray, with UN Spacy decals. I like the VF-25 but not the Alto scheme. Red and black together on a white valk just don't do it for me.

So is there an affordable way to get these in the states? And is the green one with the radar dish out yet? HLJ has these for $45, which is a lot for a model, but they look spectacular. Are these made with super fragile plastic or are they pretty rugged for models?

Okay, I've rewatched the trailer carefully, and my first reaction was pretty over the top. It's nowhere near as bad as I made it out to be. I'm not sure what I was thinking. I would like the characters in a "talky" anime to be a little more expressive, though.

Wow, that was horrible. Only modern anime can make Mikimoto look like crap. Hey, Japanese animation studios: sell the computers and buy some talent. Yes, people actually move when they talk. Animation 101. Kind of defeats the purpose of animating a book when the pictures don't move.

It looks like the landing gear are the biggest problem here. I also want to see the lower legs up higher in fighter mode. I'm willing to forgive everything else. Translucent plastic for sensors would be nice, though. Isn't there enough room in the lower legs and nose for longer gear? I mean, that part of the nose with the cockpit doesn't fold, does it?
