Wow. You're lucky you're not in jail. I wish I could get away with some stuff like that. EDIT: I got banned from JoeCustoms.com. One of the mods there runs his own Joe news sites, advertises, and gets money for hyping Joe toys. Whenever I would share my criticisms in threads on new toys, that particular mod would come in and get all butt-hurt and complain about how we were all whiny idiots for not liking every newcrap toy with the Joe logo. So I sent a PM to another dude there, and we talked about how we thought the mod was biased. So then the site owner sent me a PM, quoting my PM that he had intercepted and read himself, and told me to "Please leave" the forums. Because I had shared a private opinion about a moderator being biased in a private message. Since the site owner was kind of a dick anyway, I instead posted his PM in a public thread and let everyone know he was reading everyone's private messages. And told him to kiss my ass and ban me instead of being a pussy and asking me to leave. So I was banned. I just re-registered with another name and email, but I don't go there anymore. That's why I love mods like EXO so much. He's got a rad sense of humor, admits his own faults, and really tries to be fair. And he doesn't interfere over petty stuff. Shawn and Graham are also very polite, unlike other site admins who will go unmentioned. *CoughBEAVcough*

Have any of you guys heard of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel? It's a Diablo-type game that has local and online co-op (At least in the 360 version). It actually has decent reviews on metacritic. I've been dying for a good online co-op rpg, so I'm going to have to pick this up.

I personally can't fault Working Designs too much for their translations. Like JB0, I deeply cared for the characters, and I'm sure that WD's Americanized translation was instrumental in that. I also thought the jokes were pretty funny. Lunar was the first video game to make me care about the characters and laugh at the dialogue. I think I had a pretty big crush on Luna, and I was totally pissed when Ghaleon stole her, and I cried at the end. I also cheered when . Although I was annoyed that WD made magic points necessary for saving in EB. Don't mess with the game play! I also wish they had actually made the Dark Scimitar possible to attain since it was in the game code. Any of you guys ever hacked the rom? Lots of cool items not normally accessible. Oh hell no.

I wasn't a super big fan of the remakes. I still remember the subtle difference between the character designs from the original to the remakes. The designs from The Silver Star are still so beautiful. The SSSC designs are goofy looking. I'll just play the Sega-CD Roms if I want to play some Lunar. No need for the remakes, although I did play both when they came out. I really liked Tempest and Fresca. Tempest was a bad-ass and Fresca was f*cking hot...she always reminded me of Miria, actually.

My god, Lunar 1 and 2 were my favorite games ever. I even have the two artbooks. Anyway, a new Game Arts-developed remake for PSP is interesting news, but I really want new NEW Lunar game. And it's gotta have the same character designer and game engine.

Wow, I always thought the new canopy was short. They're the same length in the 1/60 and 1/72!

God I hate that. The premise of this movie -- a guy all alone on a prolonged space missions -- is pretty hard to swallow. We all know people go crazy when they are alone.

How f*cking lame. Seriously. I'd have more respect if they set the show in the same universe, but didn't call it Tenchi in an insulting attempt to trick us into caring. Actually, I'd be way more interested in it if they did that. And I need a main character who doesn't look exactly like Tenchi.

I don't mind the character designs. They have a sort of old school sensibility that I like.

This is a tough call. I do really love Macross and DYRL, so those would be my pick. But for non-Macross stuff, I'd pick Project A-ko, Golden Boy, or Tenchi Muyo (the original OAV). I would like to register my distaste for Gurren Laggan. I just don't get what there is to like about it. It's a lot like the dumb kid's cartoons I used to hate after I found anime.

Oh, no, I meant in bike mode. You know how the shocks are supposed to clip into the forearm guards/wheel covers? But they don't because the pegs are too small and things don't line up right? On the Rey bike it's really bad. That's what I'm talking about.

That right there would be very cool. I still think the legioss needs more improvement, like knees that slide up and fully retracting tail fins at least. And I don't believe yet that the connection is improved. Looks like they just aimed the arms up. I wonder if they'll release fixed versions of the little ride armors. Like versions where the shocks actually connect to the forearm covers in bike mode.
