    The whole DC film universe needs a reboot. I assume they are starting with Batman. But it's just very sloppy what is going on.

    There are parts in that movie that remind me of stuff Plinkett pointed out in those Prequel reviews. That Finn scene is just one of them. His whole pointless "adventure" just because the lady with the pink hair didn't want to or feel that she should communicate to people in her command was one of the dumbest things I've seen. And speaking of Boba Fett, he was a cool character to me when I was a kid. There was a mystery to him and the other bounty hunters in Empire Strikes Back. I think I had all of those figures. I'm glad we will get to see that robot in the upcoming TV series. Boba Fett did come back in the comics too if people read I think Dark Empire. I'm sure many would take those comics and book stories compared to the two movies we have now. And I think Boba Fett's fate in Return of the Jedi was fine. After all he was attempting to aim at Luke when Han got the lucky hit on his jetpack.

    I did a search and only a few people posted about this show. I have a few episodes left but so far it's a really good mech show. There are shots in it that are straight out of Dangaio OVA. I'm considering getting the toy but there are versions by MegaHouse and Good Smile. I was curious if anyone knows which is better? I'm still searching for reviews but will get more into it after the show.

    I'm getting it but the game list comes off a bit lazy. Untranslated Japanese games for an American release? Especially something like Snatcher. And no Legendary Axe, Splatterhouse, Valis series, and others. But English and Japanese Ys Books 1 & 2. Just strange. This is something to watch. Also look who is back.

    Heather Thomas. I remember Heather Locklear from TJ Hooker. And sadly because Heather Locklear is in the news these days for the wrong reasons.

    Is that a happy smile or concerned / worried look? Most people that are still on Windows 7 are there because they don't want to bother with Windows 10.

    I didn't know that. I pretty much checked out on Finn's part of the story around there. Especially when the droid showed up to save the day.

    The shikishi is way too much for me. I wonder how much it will drop during the campaign if it doesn't sell out fast? I would tend to get artwork in print over a sketch since you don't know if the sketch will turn out well or not. Compared to when an artist does work for companies. But I guess it's because I've seen some really rough sketches from comic book artists that people paid a lot for.

    Well if he was two people at once, I don't know what he was getting out of it. I never received any private messages about cels for sale or anything like that. Maybe my memory is bad, but wasn't there a gallery type show with Macross anime cels on display some years ago? I think it was when they had part of a life sized valkyrie for people to see. I know I remember something like that with at least concept artwork.

    There was a show with one or two beautiful lead blonde girls. The show's name is right on the tip of my tongue but I can't remember it. Something to do with stuntmen always jumping cars. I think they had good cars in that show. I think the blonde girl was in a bubble bath in the show's opening. Damn, I'm going to be thinking about remembering the name of that show now like that episode of Honeymooners.

    Well, that SR Labs link is good as I've read about them in a few other places before. Perhaps here. And a friend of mine who collects cels and other artwork gave me their name and a few others in California that deal with cel preservation and restoration. I haven't used them yet though. I think it's important if you collect cels to probably check out Disney / American stuff as that is still popular. There are barely a handful of people posting here. And some of those might not have the best intentions. I posted this before, in case anyone missed it. There are other videos of the Disney vault but here you can see how they store and preserve artwork older than the cels and sketches of the 80s stuff we are after. Here is another good tour in a museum by someone who collects Disney artwork. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkLU5kffkSw It's worth a watch even though it's almost 50 minutes. His stuff is framed. I'm waiting to see someone who collects Japanese anime post a museum or collection tour like this. I did get piece recently from another anime and I'll post it when the final item shows up hopefully later this year or early next year. It's going to be a cool display if you like 80s anime.

    I gave the Death Troopers in Rogue One a pass. But these Sith Troopers are too silly. I don't think any of the Storm Trooper designs in the new trilogy are there to do anything other than sell figures or statues for people that need every version. We had people hyping that chrome female Storm Trooper and she did next to nothing in two movies. I guess she's finally dead but I wouldn't be surprised if she makes a come back in this third movie.

    With Comic Con and Wonder Festival coming up, we'll see if Prime 1 Studio has another Gatchaman statue in the works.

    I tend to default to PS4 myself. Not that I don't like Nintendo games. But I seem to only get games made by Nintendo on Nintendo systems these days unless it's the rare exclusive. Xbox is more complicated since Microsoft and their scratching and breaking systems is why I'm still behind on playing a lot of older Xbox games. I'm about to clear out the games that I want to play on portable systems. I mentioned before that I was never really fond of portable systems. Or portable versions of games. Now I think I'm around just a few games that I want to play on portables that never received console upgrades or are specifically on 3DS for the 3D effect. I just think it's ridiculous that a lot of games I grew up playing are regulated to a tiny screen when I used to play them on at least a 20 to 24 inch TV. Games I never played on PSP like Persona 2, I'll get for the PlayStation TV.

    I wish Hot Toys would revisit that Winter Soldier Black Widow. They could do a better job today and make her closer to the movie.

    I just read about the renewal and thought it was a bad joke. I see you guys here didn't make a new topic for it either. Reading more about it, I was hoping that at least there would be a Robotech Blu-ray announcement but we didn't even get that. The guy that I guess runs Harmony Gold is smiling like the bad guy that just won. I haven't read everything here but I assume that the suits are just looking forward to the potential revenue from the Robotech live action movie?

    Not complaining from me. I just think it would be nice to have the two things I mentioned since they are pretty iconic elements from the shows.

    This by the way is crazy. The first thing you learn about framing or preserving any kind of important art is you never glue or put anything that could be permanent or difficult to remove on the artwork. It immediately lowers the value. That is why if you go to a framer and they mention dry mount you should turn around and walk straight out. I think I read a story about someone dry mounting a cel once.

    What happened? Anyone want to give a quick run down or private message me what happened? I see MacrossManiac's posts are gone. And they seem to be completely gone as a member here. I could tell things were about to blow up eventually with talk of flippers and misinformation being passed around.
