  1. There's a prototype already: http://www2.moeyo.com/img/09/10/08/5/525.html And it looks like the Tom is back from the dead.
  2. It's still a printed prototype, so I think the added details on the final kit will make it look more mechanical. No Q-Rea
  3. Let's hope this doesn't go the way of the Tomahawk.
  4. Ok now that this is out of the way - when will you make one?
  5. From the Cinefex issue for "Aliens" : "When we got it the vehicle weighed seventy-two tons. The outer structure was four-inch plate steel and the wheel arches were lined with lead."
  6. It seems that Wave has finally decided to release their Assault Airborne Labor aka Helldiver. New pics here: http://www.hobby-wave.com/LINE_UP/kanseihi...L99B/index.html
  7. It shares this issue with the Queadluun-Rau, I think. Equality of the sexes.
  8. You'll find a detailed review in my WIP thread at Hobbyfanatics: http://www.hobbyfanatics.com/index.php?/to...ple-berlin-sr2/ (For the record, this kit was not sculpted by Ikushima, but Kouji Yamagishi - regardless, the finished kit is quite impressive and in my opinion far better than the previous Factory Alliance release)
  9. Here's one more. Delacroix Temple/Berlin SR2 - 1/100 Work Shop Cast kit
  10. As the movie proceeds, it shown that Benny has some insight in the amorality of his behaviour, a point that the character Paul from Haneke's "Funny Games" never reaches. Wouldn't that make Paul even badder than Benny? However, I think that both characters are in an entirely different league than "movie badguys". But Haneke would qualify for "badguy director".
  11. This has actually just left my workbench: The Junchoon odk. - a 1995 garage kit from the Five Star Stories.
  12. If we are already venturing into non-Macross area: Considering the current ebay selling rates of the makeshift miniatures, a model of the Prawn Exo Suit from "District 9" would be both awesome and profitable.
  13. Nice to see some progress here. 1/72 I hope?
  14. Mowing down about 30 policemen with an assault rifle does qualify for "Bad Guy" in my book.
  15. Yellow Submarine's line of 1/144 completed Yukikaze models is on sale at Hobby Link Japan.
  16. IMO the new pics show the same model from last year, so there's some faint hope that the final release will deal with the ovious issues like the bad fit of the canopy. Wave surprises me, in a bad way this time. They can produce wonderful IP kits like their 1/144 LED Mirage from The Five Star Stories, but this one is crap compared to what Bandai did in 1/100 in their EX line of aircraft kits from Yukikaze or Spacecruiser Yamato. edit: picture added
  17. Honorable mention as the best movie badguy you really want to like
  18. To quote Johnny Utah: "He's not coming back"
