    Yes sir! Testor's Waterslide Decal Custom Kit. Printed the words out at work (Microsoft Word Brush Script MT--26pt font I think) on the laser jet printer (even though my decal paper is for inkjet--didn't seem to matter), brought them home, sealed with a couple of quick coats of the decal sealer spray and then cut, trim, dip in water for literally 2 seconds, wait about 30 seconds and slide right onto Valk. Smooth out with damp Q tip. DONE! That's it! Took me literally 5 minutes. NOW I need to find a way to print white so I can make the "Just Married" for the Virgin Road VF-1D!

    I'm going to try and do my panel lines today with "dark dirt" weathering wash. Good Job on yours though! The black marker is just a tad to dark deep dark black for my taste.

    I had a horribly scary time with mine...here's what I did..open the cockpit..press down on the instrument panal shroud..that's how I got mine to finely drop down..I was NOT going to push on that canopy any harder than I was...and I know you need to be "firm, but gentle" with new Yamato Valks, but I was worried about cracking the clear plastic.

    I gotta go look for one now...all the one's I ever see are over $50 or more. ohh...and make sure you share with us your pure and utter dislike of the sound booster attachment to the Fire Valk..for so such an over-engineered hunk of plastic...it falls off the Valk if you breathe on it wrong! Yamato FAIL on that one...

    I want a medium grey or "nuetral grey" for all you hobby guys out there, and I want a pair in the same color dark dark blue as the VF-1 Cavelier is molded in. That would look wicked!

    awwww....dude...you gotta love you some bald Captain Picard and some hotness counselor Troy or hotness Doc Crusher! I also forgot to mention.....this is my 3rd Enterprise D to build. Built 2 of the old grey AMT kits back in the day so I kiiiinda know that it doesn't fit together like a Finemolds kit...

    I really want to custom paint a couple of sets. I have always HATED that yucky green-ish-whatever color they are! I always remembered them as grey from the anime I thought.

    Well here's my next big project already started over the New Year's weekend. The AMT/Round 2 Enterprise D cast in clear plastic, and it includes ALL the Aztec pattern decals! ....and YES!....This will be my first attempt at lighting a model kit. I am using the Enterprise D+ lighting kit from Model man Tom's website. I really don't know anything about basic electronics so I'm having to learn as I go! I am following "Trekworks" Enterprise D build on YouTube. I did my first coat of black and I did get all my LEDs to light up over the weekend.... That made me very happy!

    First time through transformation! (Thanks for the video Collection DX!) gotta say.....solid as a rock when everything locks together in battroid! This thing is sweet ! Pushing down the canopy/cockpit on mine was extremely terrifying however!!!

    First impressions out-of-the-box....this is Yamato's most detailed Valk I have seen to date. Feels good in hand. Good size and weight. Quality piece. Only minor nitpicks so far.... Nose gear does not lock into place like on the VF-1, and the pilot is too loose in the cockpit may have to glue him in or something. Here's some pics...
