Us Mospeada fans could only dream of Bandai getting a hold of the license to do all the mecha..sadly..now it looks like it's gonna be Evolution Toys...
  7. Picking up my Arcadia VF-0D, VF-OS, YF-19 and a bunch of Bandai DX's cleaning this weekend, you forgot how well made (0D leg issue not withstanding) and detailed the Arcadia stuff really is. I'm a huge fan of Bandai and appreciate the less expensive angle of their DX stuff, but the Arcadia stuff really is a cut above. That being said, for the price they charge a lot more Tampo would be be nice!!!
  8. Finishing up the base and working on weathering the Speeder Bike. I have a plan for the tree part. In the meantime, I'm gonna go with a hat trick of SW kits. The Y Wing is up next!
  9. True story. Takes longer but well worth the effort. I've almost gone blind from trimming "No Step" stickers over the past few years.
  10. I've never applied any clear coat to any of my stickers on any of my Yamato or Arcadia toys, and none have ever peeled off or rolled up, and some of the Yamato V2's are getting pretty old nowadays.
  11. borrowed some dirt from down the street and made an Endor dirt cheap base today.... LOL

Actually, I found some 1:100 Bandai Gundam space figures that look better. $12 bucks. I'll post the link below. Bandai Hobby Builders Parts Hd Ms Figure 01 (1/100) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0091O15X2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_DSPPxbGH1WE7A

Amazon has a pack of like 100 1/100 figures for like $5 shipped from China. Might try some of those..just paint them OD green and some orange for maintenance crew.

Ok guys---time for a serious scale discussion on The Monster -- what do you guys think? I'm looking to get some tiny 1/72/HO Scale/TT Scale/or N Scale figures and military vehicles to put with the Monster..What do we kinda all agree on this thing being the closest to??? 1:72??? HO???= about 1:87 TT??? = about 1:120 N??? = about 1:148-1:160
  17. ok...I'll bite...what is it???

Few pics of The Monster! Didn't realize there is even some nice detail inside the top of the ladder area. Nice touch!

O.M.F.G!!! Bandai knocked it out the freakin park with this!!! It's just plain AWESOME!!! And it ain't small!! Best HM-R release so far in my opinion. Just perfect. Tight joints, perfect tampo, perfect paint apps. Bravo Bandai. Bravo! Almost want to buy another one to weather and make look battle worn! .. or just to have two!!
