Not really guilty enough, granted that it has not really aged well. Now if you said you liked Bigfoot from The Six Million Dollar man you would have something. Or the Venus probe perhaps (Yup, I like both!)

Sorry, I kept seeing "movie" when you wrote "move"... Agreed, what Tomorrowland has to do with Tron 3 is head scratching at best.

OK, I can agree to disagree. TRON 2 or Tomorrowland? TRON 2 was a good film, not great, but good. Not seen Tomorrowland so can't comment.

Since Billion Dollar franchises have not been around a while there are no examples to show the opposite. But we will not be seeing Star Trek The Next Generation films. Many Westerns. Many War movies. Super Heroes are going to suffer the same fate at some point.

I liked Thunderdome, mistake of a movie, but I still liked it.

No need to limit that to "Disney", any studio that does not try to maximize profit will not be a studio for very long. Star Wars and Marvel they are eventually going to end up with a monumental flop and those movies will come to a crashing halt as well.

I can't believe I watched the entire first movie. Skipped the second when people said it was worse, and skipped the third when people said it was as good as the first (like that was some kind of positive mind you). Plenty of other options out there - mostly on TV

How much did Shia have to pay to be allowed back? I find it hard to believe they would pay him anywhere near what he got for the last one he was in - they KNOW it can make money without him.

I meant showing here in the US. Hopefully Netflix licensed the second season along with the first - they do not always do so. Looking forward to it, weird an all.

It is a joke relating to when MK was chosen to be Batman and the fans howled then too. Turned out he was perfect for the part. I will judge BA when I see the film. -
Be Warned, watching The Gathering is what turned me OFF of B5 for a long time... Taken on its own it is pretty bad. The amazing thing is how well JMS managed to keep everything pretty tightly wrapped till the end. Even having to switch lead actors after the end of the first season seems like it was part of the plan from the start.

Yes on B5, they had a short (less then a minute) space battle sequence in "The Lost Tales" that shows what it could look like if redone. Sadly the rest of the DVD is not worth the price.
