  1. Yeah, but those pics could just be with the stickers applied.
  2. Only way I'm buying this re-issue is if it has the following changes: 1) Get rid of the high speed mode. 2) Tighten or redesign the ankle joints. 3) Add the gunpod vents. 4) Add some more Tampo printed markings (doesn't have to be as many as Bandai, but at least more than now.
  3. Still yet to see the first one..........LOL!
  4. I'm basically only collecting the 6" Hasbro Black Series First Order figures from TFA, although I got Poe as well, as he was in the two-pack with the riot control Stormtrooper. I really love the First Order Stormtrooper armour design. So far, for TFA 6" figures I've got: 2 x Hasbro 6" Comicon First Order Stormtroopers. 1 x Hasbro 6" Captain Phasma. 1 x Hasbro 6" Kylo Ren. 1 x Hasbro 6" First Order Snowtrooper officer (red pauldron). 1 x Hasbro 6" Finn in First Order Stormtrooper armor with removable blood stained helmet. 1 x Hasbro 6" First Order Flametrooper. 1 x Hasbro 6" First Order Stormtrooper Officer w/red pauldron (part of the 4 pack that also included phase 1 & 2 armor Clonetroopers and an Imperial Stormtrooper). 1 x Hasbro 6" First order Riot Stormtrooper w shield and tonfa (2 pack with Poe Dameron). 1 x Bandai 6" First Order Stormtrooper model kit (perfect size match with the Hasbro 6" Black series figures). Well, I also bought the Disney die-cast Resistance X-wings (Poe and Standard) and First Order Tie Fighters (Standard and Special Forces), until a better alternative comes along.............waiting for some actual pics of the upcoming Hot Wheels Elite series First Order TIEs and Resistance X-wings. I'm also sorely tempted by the upcoming Hot Toys/Sideshow 1/6 scale First Order Stormtrooper figures. Graham
  5. Don't forget Lemmy as well! R.I.P. Hans Gruber.
  6. I made a decision not to collect any of the 3.75 inch TFA figures due to their 5 point articulation. I'm sticking to the Black Series 6 inch TFA figures only. Still, that is a nice pack and I think the only way at the moment to get the heavy trooper or whatever they call him (the one with the chest rig and big gun). Hope they release that as a 6".

    Bandai DX VF-31

I'm really interested in how the radome folds up on Delta 3.
  8. Looking forward to this, if only for the one-liners and Desert Eagle action.
  9. Trying to stop myself from buying the Black Series TIE/SF. It just looks so awesome. I'd have to keep it at work though, wife would go ballistic if I bought such a huge toy home. Still, my resistance is weakening. Graham

    Bandai DX VF-31

Gotta say the VF-31 has really grown on me and it's now my most anticipated Valk toy of 2016, more so than the VF-2SS and the Sv-262. Graham
  11. Now that the Faerie Squadron version with SAP has been announced, I Cut my pre-order of the Silvie version from two pieces down to one piece. Graham
  12. Yea If you read back through the last several pages of this thread and also the Delta technology thread, we have actually been discussing and deconstructing the abilities of Walkure and the multi-drones.
  13. Looks like they don't have the standard gunpod stored in the arm SAP pack, as per the lineart. Graham (pic from Macross Mecha Manual)
  14. A bad YouTube video is not the best way to watch and appreciate it. Download a decent quality version.
  15. Love the Bandai First Order Storm Trooper kit. Just put one together for my son. No need to paint it at all, apart from the blaster and the stun tonfa thingie.
  16. Because as well as anti-grav drives, holographic projectors, spotlights and ultra-fast recharge batteries, the boomerang drones obviously have advanced pin-point barrier systems, which individually may not protect that large an area, but when combined together with the barriers from other nearby boomerangs drones, the barrier effect is likely strengthened and magnified. As depicted in the episode, stopping such a heavy attack drains the drones batteries far quicker. Perhaps the drones have some sort of advanced sensors and can detect the strength of the incoming attack and adjust the barrier strength accordingly, although at the cost of greater battery drain. Ot Mikumo was able to order the drones to increase barrier strength to maximum. My theory is one drone by itself is relatively weak, but work multiple drones working together in close proximity, the effect is multiple and enhanced.
  17. I took that scene to imply that Messer is a crap-hot combat pilot and gunfighter and he shot all those 4 Zentradi Mecha that were surrounding him with his arm guns. Although that scene is obscured by images of the Walkure girls faces, there does appear to be muzzle flashes visible before the mecha all fall down and then Messer slightly lowers his arms as the mecha fall down.

    Bandai DX VF-31

I wonder if there will be different letter designations assigned for the various models, e.g. "A, D. S, E, F, J" etc., to signify different head types.
  19. Yeah, so do I.
  20. I think as long is there is a reasonable and logical in-universe explanation given at some point for the Walkure girls abilities, such as either advanced Ex-Gear suits and/or cybernetic implants, then I can accept them much more easily. In Frontier, especially in the Frontier movies, Grace and Emo-Belly-Button-Boy-Ranka's-Brother (forgot his name....hahah) had strength and agility similar to what we are seeing from the Walkure Girls. As for the showy performance, magical girl transformation, dancing VF-31s etc, I'm guessing that part of Walkure/Delta's mission is not only to cure Var Syndrome through song, but also to keep up morale of the civilian population, hence the showmanship for morale boosting in these troubling times. Still find it strange though as the Var Syndrome only affects Zentradi (that we know so far), you would think NUNS would order the Zentradi garrison to move away from the civilian population center as a proactive, protective measure.

    Bandai DX VF-31

If I could only afford to buy one toy from Delta, it would be D02, which would be kept in fighter mode.
