    The kid-crew will have plenty of plot-armor and 'rugged know-how,' to overcome all odds. And they're in the Delta Quadrant, so I'm assuming the ship found its way there via the Caretaker..? And Janeway is a training hologram help them 'find their way.'

    It's a nice model, but what's the point of mounting it that way? I guess for 'free floating' but then it needs the guide wires.

    Staying tuned in! These are nice blasts from the past, and hopefully a deal (steal?) Cool work on the gun and great looking decal replacements! ...only.... poor Megatron looks so funky!

    Couple of builds on the table. I'm painting and weathering the cockpit to my Eduard F6F-5 Hellcat. And the Sprite is out from a recent trip to the paint station. It'll go back in again, as there was some paint peel, but not much and I'll be adding more colors to her. but as she is now... More to follow. Model on! Thom

    Work continues once again on the Sprite! I had hit the bottom with Tamiya Silver Leaf before it was set aside, and then masked some areas off. And today I hit it with Model Master Light Ghost Gray. Once that dries, I'll mask again and lay down a lighter gray, and then think about an 'accent' color. More to come. Thom

    They do look really good together! Nice job. And yes, what you say does make sense. The TOS would require a little bit of work to get the detail proportions 'correct.'

    I was thinking the same thing! But they've changed the look of the character, moving away from her younger-vibe, and it has been two years. Kids grow fast.

    1/600 or /650, it's just about the same size as the old AMT Enterprise, and the Moebius Kelvin is pretty much the 'same' scale as well.
