Well, that 29B was unexpected. The color scheme is nice but that visor color is not terribly attractive.

Oooh, that's a pretty color scheme. So what's supposed to be different about the 29B?

And while I'm asking that, why don't the other 29's have letters assigned to them when they are clearly variants? It's not like Isamu or Ozma went, "I want you to design completely new monitor turret hardware to go with my new paint scheme!" Or if they did, that seems a little unreasonable

The 29 has (4) Variants with;

Alto

30th Anniversary

Isamu

Ozma

This will be the 5th. The 25 already has (5) variants with;

25F

25G

25S

RVF-25

25A

But Bandai sure does love the 29, no doubt about that.

Don't forget the YF-25 which is mostly the same except for some minor changes in the cockpit, canopy, and sensor array forward of that.

That's why I didn't include it, especially with the modified cockpit but I guess if I count the RVF which has a radome the yf-25 should be included too.

So (6) 25's to (4) + (1) pending 29's.

yeah, i'm thinking the same thing but how transparent will the color be. for ozma it was heavy blue for alto it was a light tint where it's easy to see the pilot. the vf-19 advance has a heavy tint.

Heavy probably. Most of the recent releases by Bandai have been heavy tints.
