  3. Kaiju Daddy hasn't updated with new releases for a month now but the last rumor straight from the Medicom store in Japan was Rogue was due sometime in June.
  4. The book is okay, extremely camp (by design.) I got it mostly because I love the design of Kitt Carter and the artwork is really great.
  5. Either that or someone will do some unethical thing by cloning a brain and hooking it up to a suv
  6. This is kinda what I was expecting when fujimi said they were doing macross stuff
  7. Good lord, imagine getting blasted in the face with this thing (Shooting begins at around the 6:07 mark):
  8. That's not the DX VF-31 toy. You can tell by comparing the shape of the hinges on the tail fins and the canards. I'm pretty sure it's the Bandai 1/72 scale model kit.
  9. More of this please! ♥️
  10. It’s just so weird. It had to be shared. 😆
  11. Saw these on the internet. I'm very sure that this is the DX VF-31J. Does anyone here know or try to give it a custom paint job? The VF-31 cannot be disassembled as completely as the VF-25. I tried disassembled mine before and it did not go well. Many parts are glued together. Any comment and experience sharing are greatly appreciated.
  12. Wrong scale and wrong manufacturer to get excited about. Though I won't lie, I'd drop a load of cash to get proper 1/48 kits of all of the fighters from Bandai (in their ACTUAL scales this time, please? Size them to the pilots and filming miniatures, not the stupid gonked-up EU specs. ) And please can we have a non-electronic X-Wing kit already? It was all sorts of the wrong kind of fancy. I just want a nice kit. The Fine Molds one was really good, but had a few clunky details that Bandai nailed much better.

  14. Man, that is terrible! WTF is going on?! I will never understand being so angry about someone hardly being any different to go to such extremes. It's monstrous and hope he spends the rest of his life in jail.

Love it! Would like to have one too. Very nice job.
  16. I’ve always had a soft spot for them. I used to read some of the comics and they had a lot of crossovers back in the 80’s and early 90’s when I was reading marvel stuff. They also had some cartoons that were entertaining although a bit laughable now. I haven’t seen a great movie for them, but the talks from test screenings aren’t sounding so great. I’ll probably still at least check it out on D+
  17. Unfortunately, "AI" has become a buzzword. Just like "blockchain", "the cloud", and so many more words before it. There's a commercial out there about a data analytics software where they threw out "We use AI to blah blah your data blah blah...". No, you're just using ChatGPT to perform data analysis instead of paying 75-90k for a flesh body running Tableau. Sure, we may see AGI, in some stupidly basic form, in our lifetime. But it will need every node in a 800,000+ sq ft data center, powered by a small nuclear reactor to accomplish that. 'Would makes for a good headline, but completely impractical.
  18. Yeah that's all decades old spaceflight jargon and dark humor that came from old pilots and the steely-eyed missile men at Mission Control. SpaceX is just following up their legacy. Great work but it wouldn't be without what the vintage NASA did first.
